I've been trained and my Wife has administered Narcan. I only carry it if I think a kid, cop, or paramedic may be exposed to something.

I have said for years that the punishment must fit the crime in order to make thugs think twice, is cutting this catalytic converter worth 5 years in the pen or loss of a hand. In countries where they cut off hands, you rarely see a fellow with 2 of them missing. The first one lopped off does the trick.
