Free Furniture - Memphis

I've been tasked with cleaning out a house. I've got a bunch of furniture that absolutely has to go! Most of it is old, worn and dirty, but its still good stuff. Its absolutely FREE!  All you gotta do is take it out of the house and haul it away.

I have it on Craigslist. But I thought maybe some folks here could use it. Admittedly, some of it you wouldn't want in your house, but it would be great for a cabin or maybe in your garage. For example, theirs a heavy dining table that would be great as a work table. I've got some pretty nice bookcases, several sets of shelving units and a recliner. Like I said, I HAVE TO GET RID OF THIS STUFF!

Here's a link to the Craigslist Ad. If you want any of this stuff, you can contact me here by PM.

⚠️ Safety Reminder for Buyers and Sellers ⚠️

This is an automatic reply meant to protect you as a buyer and a seller on TGO.

  • Use the Buyer/Seller Feedback feature to research who you are dealing with.   Please come back and leave feedback for each other after the transaction is complete.  Your experience will help others.

  • Never agree to use an electronic form of payment to buy or sell a gun!  None of the electronic payment services will protect you against fraud in a firearms transaction.  They all have terms of service FORBIDDING the use of their services to buy/sell guns.  DON'T DO IT.

  • Be very wary of anyone who insists on brokering a deal in private or outside of TGO.  Scammers almost always prefer to operate out of the public eye.

The complete Trading Post Rules and also some more helpful suggestions can be found by clicking this link.  Everyone should read them at least once!

Amvets won't take anything bigger than an end table. Goodwill won't pick up in that area. Salvation Army is coming Tuesday, but I'm not sure if they will take all of it. Just thought I'd give folks here a shot if they want anything.

The bookcases are nice, the dining table just needs a bit of furniture polish. Its not bad stuff, just old and dirty. 🙄

I just don't wanna end up putting it on the street as garbage.
