Since I have to get printed for the C&R would it not be worthwhile to wait until I go to get printed for HCP and do it all at the same time? Is there a charge to get C&R prints done?

Why do you have to get printed for the C&R? Unless something has changed recently, that is not a requirement.

I followed some directions from JG Sales telling me all the forms I'd need in order to get the C&R. I got the package yesterday and there were fingerprint cards inside. Perhaps they are for use in getting a FFL?

I didn’t have to get printed for my C&R. But even if you do now; the price of your prints is included in the HCP fee. For my HCP I was directed to a place that did electronic prints. It didn’t look to me like they were set-up to do inked cards.
