Thanks guys, now a little about the guns. ?The ejection ports have been lowered to .425, but not relieved due to wanting to keep them "classic customs". These guns are decked out believe it or not! From all tool steel parts, to a crowned barrel. I machined the slide with a medium witdth flattop, serrated the edges, french cut the sides of the slides, machined novak dovetails into the slides for novak sights. Hand fit Long lenght Greider triggers, Hand fit and blended Smith and Alexander grip safteys with original 70'sereid arched mainspring houseings. Hand fit Ed Brown ambi safteys, a hand blended and fit Ed Brown Hardcore slidestops, Wilson tool steel extractors and ejectors. SDM Gold bead front sights, .............not stock by any means, but thats a compliment due to the fact i wanted to keep them old school! Also thought the colt barrel might help the old school factor as well, but nothing a hand fit kart cant take care of if the client wanted to add one. These are consecutive serial numbered guns so i expect them to go as a pair, no one ever minds showing of a nice set of twins!
