I don't know about the one in Knoxville, but the RT Clapp in Oak Ridge has treated me fairly the few times I have dealt with them. I looked the one in Knoxville just now on the map they are 2045 E Magnolia Ave, Knoxville, TN, which is a bit East of UT, closer to Cherry Street.
