New hand-gunner needs training...

Recommended Posts

I have a co worker whom has decided to purchase a handgun from me(g23) and would like some handgun training, and to obtain his ccw. He is smart enough to realize that he needs/wants proper training, and I want to set him up with someone who will teach him proper technique, and manners. I know there are a lot of classes in the greater Nash area, but I thought I remember hearing that the best was someone out by the airport?

Not sure of their exact location in relation to you, but near you is Critical Incident Strategies which is probably one of the higher rated schools based on reviews posted here. I'm planning on taking their Defensive Pistol course in the future.

Will let him know about CIS. he lives in the 'boro now, so that would be good for him I think. He got some bad advise to "just take the cheapest class", then take some more advanced classes. I am just as concerned with him learning the laws, as i am him actually learning technique, so he doesn't get himself into a pickle.
