1911 a1 holster recomendations

Recommended Posts

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a good and inexpensive holster for a 1911a1? I think I want a leather belt holster. I will probably carry concealed, but I do not like in the pants style holsters. I blew my budget on the 1911, so I am super low on cash. I know there has to be something that will work and not break my bank. Thanks!

Might try the Tagua brand. I bought one for my Taurus PT92. For 35.00 it perfectly serviceable. look on Ebay.

I picked one up on sale the same day my 1911 came in and it works great but be prepared to break in. Search TGO leather break in and you should be fine.

Has anyone tried the Bianchi Accumold or Accumold Cruiser holsters? I'm in the same situation as UncleJak - I've got a 1911 without a home. However, my 1911 is a Sig Sauer with a rail, so that eliminates a lot of molded holsters for me. I also do not want an IWB holster as my pants/jeans are tight enough. And I do not like the polymer/plastic holsters. Thanks for any and all comments.
