Question about selling reloaded ammo

Recommended Posts

I know you are not allowed to sell ammo you reload with out a license.  Are you allowed to trade it or is that considered the same thing?  The reason I am asking is because I have a flat of 12 ga skeet loads.  I used to shoot a lot of skeet so I reloaded my own ammo.  I do not shoot skeet any more.  This flat, 250 rounds, has been sitting in my garage for a couple of years.  Am I stuck with it or is there a legal way to move it.'

Thanks

Apparently, it isn't legal to sell a used mattress. To get around that, I've seen auctioneers at estate auctions sell another item of little value, and if you buy it, you get a free mattress. If you aren't scared by the liability of someone else shooting your reloads, you may be able to legally do something like that.
