cool ar lower for pistol

I'm not sure who I would throw in with. The two lower manufacturers certainly don't have milspec magwells. It kinda just is what it is. I'm not sure Noveske or Spikes deserve and more respect than Magpul either. I know who showed up to the real fight. Just a couple of things that don't work together.

I don't think any of the 3 deserve any more respect than the others, except maybe the balls out pro 2A stance Magpul took against CO last year. That was way cool of them.

They all make good gear and are doing what their customers want, but I'd call the other 2 arrogant instead, if they'd been the ones that went to Magpul and asked them to change their Pmags.

Does the PMAG work in an M4? Maybe some arrogance is justified. Who knows

I totally get that Pmags are the most popular mags out there. They're good gear. There's something about the idea of Magpul approaching a mfg like Noveske and Spikes to ask "will you change the design of your lower receiver, so it will work with our plastic magazines" seems....well...arrogant, for lack of a better word.

I don't know anything about the details of the issue but my guess it is related to a billet lower rather than a forged mil-spec lower.

If I'm correct, modifying a billet design is a programming change on a CNC machine. Changing an injection mold for Magpul can be very expensive.
