G Code holster

Recommended Posts

After carrying my guns in leather IWB holsters with a metal clip for years, I got tired of the clip putting holes in my shirts. So I decided to look for other options. I've tried kydex holsters in the past with the wide plastic clip and those just didn't work for me. I've known about these G Code holsters for quite a while and since it has the "fuzz" on the outside that solved one of the other problems I'd had with kydex in that they tended to slide around too much. It did take a while to come in (8 weeks and 2 days from the day I placed the order) but I don't think I'll ever go back. I've already placed orders for holsters for my other carry guns. I did modify this one as you can tell in the pics. And not an uncommon mod from what I've seen around YouTube other forums.

Interesting, thanks for sharing!

I've been in the market for a new holster for my M&P as the leather one I have isn't very 'snug' anymore. I was hoping to get an Alien Gear OWB, but theirs  doesn't cant/tilt the same as my Desantis, and I dunno if I want to draw straight up from a 5 O'clock carry position where I like to wear it.
