There's been a lot of times I wanted to shoot my Mosin bad enough to pay $12 for a box of ammo, so I didn't have to shoot the corrosive stuff. Sometimes I can squeeze in a few hours to go shoot, butI'm too busy to clean my guns immediately afterward or don't want the hassle, so I have to leave the Mosin at home.

like i said above from some googling from gun forums in other states in it seems to be about 12 dollars a box but if i ever get back out there i will ask or buy a box and see

Confirmed it is $11.97 plus the 10 cent tax per box.

The walmart that I found my ammo at the other day had a bunch of that stuff on the shelf. Actually the whole shelf was full, I was surprised.

I would too if I went by Academy more than twice a year, and at $20 in gas to get there the savings ratio changes a bit.
