    legal question

Yeah he suggested selling it to me but my wife thinks thats over the top where as i agree that is the only solution.
  8. If I was deployed and outside the wire I can see having one in the chamber. But in reality I live in Franklin and work in green hills. If I were going to orange mound in Memphis or east point/college park in Atlanta Id maybe chamber one. I just don't feel that threatened here.

    legal question

This isnt a question on doing something illegal its pretty much an "I want to take his gun to the range and fire it." If someone were to be injured by a ricochet or some other mishap would he be liable along with me?
  10. I wont carry with a round chambered unless I am expecting something to/could happen. IMO, you are more likely to be a witness to a crime than be a victim of a crime so the extra second to charge the weapon wont be an issue. While seeking cover you have time to charge.

    legal question

In this case Im the lendee and my f-i-l is the lender. he brought the question up and even went so far as to call the local pd and ask although they didnt really know the answer. I was planning to take it to the shoot sunday but if I cant find good news I may have to forgo it. He was going to come along but something came up. Id feel more comfortable about it if he was there as it would be in his control except on the firing line. Rabbi, if you read this anyway, the release forms we are signing I would think only stop us from pursuing legal matters with the range? or does it cover participants as well?

    legal question

I was wondering the legal liabilty one assumes when you loan a weapon to someone to use if that weapon injures someone accidentally.
  13. I borrowed the 1911. I have two mags, no holster, no mag holder for it. Ill hope someone takes pity on me so I can shoot with that and my g19. Please hold off rain god, I take back all those things I said about you.
  14. i still need an ak before i finish my ar.
  15. i also need a sure date down so i can request it off. i have to work like every single saturday otherwise. i also have my one weekend a month on the 18-20th at fort campbell.
  16. i may bring a second gun. im going to borrow my f-i-l's 1911 and fire but he only has two functioning mags and no belt holster. ill bring all the mags he has and see if we can identify the problem on the other one or two but could i borrow one mag and a mag holster from someone for my iteration?
