  1. I've taken 3 training classes at 'The Range Inc.' All handgun classes, but they offer shotgun and rifle as well. They are full day courses, and you end up shooting at least 500 rounds. I've really enjoyed it everytime I've been there. Would definitely recommend them.
  2.   I also have harris. I have 2 at the moment (both on Remington 700s). Haven't had a problem out of either. Would definitely recommend.   I have no experience with Blackhawk or Winchester, but from what it sounds like they are just as good. I would probably just go with the cheapest, if the quality is there
  3. Congrats, Great looking gun! Let us know how it shoots....
  4. Nice Gun! I'm sure you will really enjoy it! Give us an update when you get the trigger installed....       that's what she said  .....sorry, couldn't resist!
  5.   I've used the same mechanic for 23 years....he's definitely grouchier than I am and likes guns as much or more than I do...granted, the guy is my father, haha
  6.   I also have a P3AT that I carry when trying to be discreet. I would like to hold this as well just to compare. The sights and option of a laser would be nice to have.       I agree as well...the PICO has NO aesthetic appeal whatsoever
  7. PLEASE DON'T CALL...... :panic:     but seriously....let us know, haha
  8. Randomly looked at the Beretta website tonight and ran into the PICO .380. Haven't heard/read/seen anything about it. Anyone have any experience with it?   Seems to me that the pocket .380 market has been full for a while (beretta getting in late?)   http://www.berettausa.com/products/beretta-pico-380/   Maybe I have just been under a rock lately.....

  16. I checked the following when I bought mine:    1. Picked a gun with a bolt that didn't stick 2. Looked down the barrel to check and make sure the rifling was still in good shape 3. Checked to make sure the crown looked alright (not cut down or redone) 4. Got the headspace checked before firing it   Here is a good website to get some details (too many details for me, but a good reference)   http://62x54r.net/   Good luck with the purchase and getting the cosmoline off!
