  1. I wonder how many fine southern "gentleman" here wouldn't be caught dead on that street? Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk 2

  3. Ohhhh we're onto cats now. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk 2
  4. The only food related thing I miss about the south is Waffle House. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk 2
  5. Beauty is definitely in the eye of the beer holder. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk 2
  6. It is def as reliable as stock. No problems with the ejector, and no need to spend more for a conversion barrel. The only time reliability comes into play is when someone cheaps out and still uses the 40 mag with 9. This would be fine at the range, and might actually help with training, but the 9 barrel and 9 mag is flawless. Plenty of YouTube vids and forum posts out there to research. I have had 0 failures in the 40 or 9 configuration. And I'm a touch more accurate running it as a 9. When I do get a shield it will be a 40, likely running in a 9 config. The stock 9 barrel is hard to get, so I'll probably keep an eye out for one, and will likely have it before I even get a shield. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk 2
  7. The new model shields have a vastly improved trigger which will eventually trickle up the m&p line. I went with the FS 40. I have a $65 stock 9mm barrel that drops in and stock 9mm mags. The 40 and 357sig share the same mags, so I also have the $85 stock 357 barrel as well. Super versatile setup. The 40c lines works the same. The 40 shield can do the same thing with 9. 8. If you haven't already, you can spend a day on YouTube watching shield videos. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk 2
  9. Hard to say on grip size because of the single stack. It's a very comfortable grip IMO. More ergonomic than the PPS, but similar. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk 2
  10. I'm going to end up with a Shield sooner or later. I already have a PPS, I really like the slimness of single stacks for IWB. The reason for the Shield will be to mimic what my bed side gun is, a M&P full size. With those two I'm not sure if I'll add the compact into the mix, but it'd be a nice option to have. 11. I have GEICO as well, customer service has been good, the one or two times I've called. I have not had a claim with them. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk 2
  12. Unless you get lucky I'd be willing to bet you'd be looking at $10-$13/hr around Chattanooga. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk 2
  13. I like my TCP and it fills a specific role. I did have to send it back to Taurus a few times, but after its last visit it has been nothing but reliable. I would have no problems recommending it to someone, but would caution they put a lot of rounds through it before they started carrying it. I wasn't aware the BG locked back after the last shot? Which was another reason I went with the TCP. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk 2
  14. I'm hoping this works out. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk 2

  16. It's possible. The old triggers were barely audible and it was def a 2 click kind of deal. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk 2
  17. Supposedly the full M&P line of handguns will start getting that trigger group. It has a very positive 1 click reset, unlike the full size that has a double click reset. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk 2
  18. I was under the impression it was just Walmarts policy for 10pm. Most stores I've been to have a sign with their policy stating the hours. I had one in Auburn, AL tell me it was 9. They didn't have what I needed so I didn't press the issue. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk 2
  19. The best car I've had so far with cops has been my silver 03 Corvette Z06. Cops never pay it any attention, they just assume it's some old guy. The times I've been pulled over for doing something stupid they usually ask me whose car it is. :) Then we usually BS a little and they let me go. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk 2
  20. Thanks for the video. I thought about bending, but didn't know how it'd hold up. I guess I'm going to have to get another one now. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk 2
  21. I like mine, although it really sucks not being able to use the Magpul BAD lever on a Magpul branded gun, or any BAD lever that I can tell. CMMG 22 conversion is also a real nice accessory. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk 2
  22. That started as a joke on the Howard Stern show when Mark Cuban was a guest. I heard they might actually go through with it, with a name change. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk 2
  23. But it was on the internet, it has to be real. Bon jour. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk 2
