  1. Glad to hear the freak got caught....what gunshop you work at?
  2. One of the nicer folding stock AR piston systems I have seen is made by Para Ordinance if thats what your truly wanting.
  3. Well, I forgot to mention the most obvious reason I could not/would not vote for the man is that he cheated on his wife and broke his commitments to her because he couldnt keep his prick in his shorts and at least do the classy thing and get a divorce first all while trying to burn Clinton for doing the same thing....which not only makes him a LIAR but also a Hypocrit...a man that can't keep his promise to his family won't keep it to you either. He's trash...worse then the sh*t stinking up the white house right now in my opinion. Romney might flip flop but he's not a cheat and he's a successful businessman.
  4. I can't believe anyone would back Gingrich considering he deferred his military service 5 times...any man unwilling to fight for his country when called upon has no right to dictate where our men and women are sent to fight and die. Newt's a fake and a liar and if he was nominated I would hold my nose and vote democrat for the first time in my life.
  5. They have a version coming out with a big name sniper stock, but its quite a bit more expensive
  6. For the money theres nothing that can touch this rifle in the semi-auto .308 category when you take into account its MOA accuracy...i have the winchester version...i don't shoot enough .308 for the manufacturer inspection to be an issue....I will be lucky to hit 500 rds per year....the added costs will still be far less then buying any other semi auto 308 that can do moa accuracy.
  7. how do they compare to "Bob's Package Store"
  8. great deal on some great lowers....don't miss the boat people
  9. I have a 14.7 perma pinned mid length and a 16" non pinned (of course) carbine length AR I like the 14.7 with pinned flash hider quite a bit but it is restrictive as others have pointed out. Though mine sports a vortex flash hider so thats probably why i don't care...for a rail I went with a Troy MRF drop in since on a gun this short and with a FN Hammer Forged barrel im not worried about "long range" so I can forego the free float rail...also I wanted to keep the front sight post since its my "SHTF"/37mm Zombie Launcher rifle. My other AR is a 16" with Troy Claymore Brake its pretty handy but I do notice the difference in length. I do like the fact I was able to completely dismantle it without having to break out a saw or grinder and install a free floating troy TRX extreme 13" rail by myself whereas the other gun would have required a gunsmith. Its more of a paper puncher though im afraid both rifles are user limited so it might not ever have the chance to outshoot the shorter gun. Definitely go with the MOE handguard over the factory m4...its very very versatile for the money...as long as your not needing to free float or install a 37mm launcher it can pretty much handle any accessory you throw at it with the proper (and inexpensive) moe rail pieces. I do find the MOE stock more comfortable then the standard m4, but on my 16" gun eventually im going to go with something more exotic. to adjust your front sight I would recommend the UTG front sight tool its on amazon for ~$8.00 and makes adjustment quick and easy.
  10. however...and i stress you check first...i believe installing a magpul AFG is kosher
  11. Your missing a few key issues (and many i know nothing about) 1. Private security is not looked down upon or as an "invading" force in places like Iraq where the US military is seen as an occupier. 2. The cost to train a US soldier to be up to "snuff" is quite substantial so hiring people with existing skills sometimes isn't quite as expensive as it appears.
  12. First on CNN: Blackwater gets an even bigger makeover – CNN Security Clearance - CNN.com Blogs
  13. Cool gun but I'm too much of a wuss for that....my 13oz lcr with 38+p is my limit.
  14. Heat is definitely number one...especially cranked up with surround sound....Collateral's night club shootout wins the individual bad-a$$ award for Tom Cruise...however the final gunfight in Miami Vice (though the movie was a letdown) was pretty awesome with all the MP5's, the Barrets, and the shotgun blasts...all these movies do really make a good sound system mandatory. Another thing to throw in the hat for Heat is that (luckily) it was the only movie to influence a real shootout...North Hollywood Bank Robbery anyone? Edit: All 3 movies I mentioned all had one major thing in common.... Michael Mann was the director...he seems to have a gift for the gunfight.
