  2. I'd train you guys I've been to quite a few training schools and was in the military in a combat environment then was a civilian contractor for a couple of years.

    AK vs. SKS

My vote is for the ak I do lots of training schools and a sks would make it through any of them but it would be such a pain. Get a ak no one had any problems on the 500 yd range with the ak 47/74. Me personally even though I have a safe literally full of ak rifles your best bet is to find a Waffen werks ak74 there usually 699 and I've got about 15 1080 rd cases through mine from all the training schools i go to with no problems. Other than it being ugly and beat up. But if u don't want a 74 get a akm or ak104 clone.

    AK vs. SKS

Horrible horrible tapco stuff I hate seeing people spend money on it.
  5. I hunt with my ak rifles I just run a 5rd magazine that comes with them.
  6. I took my wife to the gun store and let her hold everything when she picked her own. She chose narrowed it down between a glock 19 and a h&k p30 and we walked out with the glock and she has been to three shooting schools with it already. Best to take her to pick out what she wants.
  7. I picked up my new arsenal today and the sights are perfect and the stock locks up tight.
  8. Do you allow bikes in this. I'm running 5.63 in the 8th.
  9. I have three arsenals right now and am picking up a slr-107cr for the wife that we will be taking the sbr routefor her so she can go to classes. Ak rifles are not cheap anymore and for under 1k you can get a folding stock and the shorter shucka sight base. I have handled one of these milled rifles and they are really nice. I run lots and lots of classes with all of mine and the added weight of a milled rifle isn't worth the trouble IMHO but is one of the nicest arsenals I have seen. Me personally if I'm going to spend that kind of cash I'm getting something rarer and special. A lot of people are saying the rifle you are interested in is a great move by arsenal and is one of the cheapest milled rifles that you can get. My personal opinion, if you want it then get it because I've never seen a home converted milled rifle from a saiga..... If your near me you're welcome to shoot some of mine so you can make your own decision.
  10. I've had good luck with saleen and hellion turbo systems. American muscle also is fantastic.
  11. I don't know what to say to this a firearm saved a family from peril and thats what there for. Yet he is being punished because he is a felon, what would Thomas Jefferson say?
  12. It's just a little spot weld and a pin a competent gunsmith should be hard to find.
  13. Get a pistol and convert it or a parts kit and build it when your paperwork comes in.
  14. Both are fairly easy if you cut it off just put some type of finish on it so it doesn't rust. Luckily the ar platform rifle is fairly plug and play and as long as your gentle with the hammer and punch it comes off easily.
  15. Check out the surefire fury, great light and it will deff flood a room.
  16. I'm a little different I'd want a dragonov if it was anything I would want. I'm so invested in ak platform rifles now that's more than likely what I would have. I have sold all but one ar rifle so I wouldn't get that. So prolly my rifle dynamics built akm or my m92 sbr is what I would have.
  17. Handi rifle in 300 blackout.
  18. I just got mine in the mail today, took about 45 seconds to install it I like it so far.
  19. I've had very expensive ar rifles jam on me after 1k rounds or so but not my ak rifles. They never stop and they group at 100 yards just as well as my Noveske or knights rifles.
  20. In range there very quick and in TN and they do everything not just krinks.
  21. My Russian steel mags are great as are my plastic mags from Russia.
