  1. I know, right? It's also hypocritical.
  2. Religion is so judgemental. I'll pass.
  3. I hope your friends are able to find the strength to move forward with their lives. Who are these "non-heterosexuals" you speak of? To each his/her own!

    My New Baby

Congrats! I wish I could get me a few tiny pistols, but my hands are far too big. Enjoy!
  5. For those who've been interested in the progress of our charity ride, here's a little update. We've got most, if not all of the legal matters situated. My father has been in contact with St. Judes Children Hospital and National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, and they sent us some information regarding their guidelines for raising money on their behalf. The guidelines should be very easy to follow. We are also proud to announce that Road Runner Motorcycle Touring & Travel will be doing a story about our great adventure. On top of that, 'Lamar' (billboard company) will be donating billboards for the cause. As of now, the billboards will be in the Tulsa Oklahoma area. Once we get more details, we will be talking with the Lamar office for the Nashville area as well. So, things are staring to come together. We're still in the very beginning stages of the adventure, but we're hopeful we can pull it off.
  6. Congrats! Practice Safety Practice Safety Practice Safety. Enjoy!
  7. He has that perfect English Bulldog look. That's one reason I've held off on buying one. I've seen some real ugly ones, and I'd hate to get stuck with one of those. I almost decided to buy one that's already about a year old. That way I can pretty well tell what he's gonna look like. Darn, I didn't mean to hijack your thread.
  8. I've really been wanting an English Bulldog. I've spent the last couple years researching the breed, and still can't get myself to spend $1500+ for a dog. Sooner or later, though. I won't be able to control it any longer.
  9. I know what you mean, but it had to be done in order to make it so you didn't need to pull the trigger while removing the slide. That doesn;t make much sense either, I know.
  10. That's a pretty neat gun, but I really want your dog.
  11. No, the internals are not interchangeable. Someone posted some internal pictures, but I'll have to dig them up.
  12. You know who to call...You know who to call. You know who NOT to call......You know who NOT to call.
  13. Sorry about that. I'll start typing with one arm behind my back.
  14. If you have a CCW/HCP, pay no attention to the info you've found. You're more than welcome to carry a loaded firearm in your vehicle.
  15. It's a shame, but due to the overwhelming number of complete morons who walk among us, it's become necessary, due to liability reasons. I've heard/read several stories about patrons/vendors accidentally firing a loaded weapon, and all too often someone ends up getting injured.
  16. That was some funny shiznit! Real or not, I almost wet myself.
  17. I'll have to agree. I have a friend/co-worker who thought this would be a good idea, until all the officers started getting busted for having sex with the female inmates. Needless to say, he didn't stick around long after.
  18. Today, I made a trip to and from Little Rock, but unfortunately I didn't get pulled over. I was kinda hoping I would, just so I can see how the LEO would react. Oh well, maybe next time.
  19. I've thought about doing this in a pawn shop, but I didn't feel it would be the right thing to do. Gun shops, on the other hand--that would be perfectly exceptable.
  20. I'm proud to be an American, but I can't say the same for some of the decisions made by our politicians.
  21. Yea, that doesn't like much fun. So, no full-auto's are allowed to be made anymore, unless for the government? **********Nevermind, I just read the NFA forum.
  22. I knew about the legal factors, but for some reason I assumed that it wasn't very difficult to make your own full-auto if you wanted, and had the ability.
  23. Admittedly, I'm ignorant when it comes to "full-auto's", so can someone please explain to me how a $160 10/22 can turn into a gun worth several thousand dollars, simply because it's fully auto? Again, I'm ignorant to these type of guns, but I thought turning a semi-auto into a full-auto was somewhat simple and cheap.
  24. I have to take my daughter to Little Rock on Saturday, so I'm gonna try to make it on Sunday.
