  1. Is it me or has there been a rash of shootings recently? This can't be headed in a good direction, have to say I agree with Dolomite on this.
  2. Here's the 82 with the grips I bought. Here are the different stages of the grips I made. I could have sworn that I had a picture of both together but I guess not.
  3. Looks like you're ready to go hunting.
  4. Yeah I also bought a pair to see how they were milled out to see how I should do mine. I'll post a picture of both.
  5. Lol
  6. Nothing a cutting torch can't fix, oh and I'm right there with you for dove hunting out of it.
  7. Or you could go with Spike's Tactical. Little bit expensive on some of the models but good stuff. Long wait time though for the build is the only problem right now.
  8. If you can't decide just go with the plain Jane A2 stock. I have one on my ar.
  9. Part way through I was thinking it was going to take a much different turn.
  10. It seems like it would alert fewer people when they can see the whole handgun, not part of it like in a IWB holster.
  11. I must look this up, I think Steve Carrell is quite funny.
  12. Haha well I'm glad to know that it won't be hard to find. I saw a listing for a Walther PPK made in France after the war. Thought about it but decided against it.
  13. I wear 5.11 polo's and 5.11 TDU/cargo pants almost everyday. People really don't question anything if you look slightly like a LEO, that and I also keep my hair short. When I was getting it cut the other day the lady asked if I was a police officer after she cut my hair.
  14. I mean that is why it's on my list, but right now I don't have the money to get another pistol (spent it all on my CZ 82 rebuild). In the future though I want to get one. My one problem with the S&W models is that none of them come in black that I noticed, or blued. Personally I'm not a fan of stainless steel handguns. Too shiny for me.
  15. Got my wood grips in last night! Pictures soon to follow.
  16. Well I wasn't looking to get one at any point in the near future, but I'll keep that in mind.
  17. I have large hands, that would not make me happy.
  18. There is no way I would get it in 380, not a favorite round of mine especially with the way the price of it is going.
  19. I see... That's the only reason I've ever liked them is from the Bond films. Never shot one, though I plan on it one of these days.
  20. Gotcha, I understand now. Thanks.
  21. What is the difference between the PPK and the PPK/S. I looked on Walther's site but must have missed the difference?
  22. Much too often.
  23. I agree completely.
  24. Rifle can go to pistol but pistol can't go to rifle without the tax stamp.
