  1. What reasoning did they give? It's not illegal to make your own gun.
  2. I'm just curious more than anything. I need something more challenging to build now since my last home build project.
  3. I was wondering if anyone had made anything by using dies and a press to build a receiver or similar.  The reason I ask is just because I was wondering how they do the stamping and anything related.  If you have any links that would be greatly appreciated.
  4. Sorry, just wanted the clarification since your comment was "gunsmith that puts in screw in chokes." Lol.
  5. Surely you could do better than a monkey with a wrench.
  6. Can you not do it yourself? Or is the question "I need someone to thread my barrel for screw in chokes?"
  7. We got a nice little shout out in the comment section.   "Hah! Looks like something a Tennessee Gun Owners Member did!"
  8. Ammo.
  9. This is one of the can of worms topics.  See also Glock vs. 1911 for further reference.   Carry as the situation requires.  Don't be Kwik but no need to be the uber cc guy either.
  10. That's why you have two of the same pistol, or in my case do the work myself if it's something I can handle.
  11. Perfect marketing campaign right there.
  12. I laughed, hard. That one is being saved.
  13. Yeah, sorry, your point is lost.  I'm not going to subject myself to some "maybe a criminal will use this logic."  Honestly if you want to kill a lot of people, you probably aren't going to buy a rifle specifically for that if you're a criminal, and especially not at that price point.  As OhShoot pointed out, there are much easier ways of carrying a rifle, er pistol that don't require you to assemble it.
  14. This is going to have the under steering column holster right?
  15. I am really tempted to drive up there and act like one of those yuppies. Then, and only then, will I tell you that I am actually from TGO.
  16. I don't think I have been that desperate for McDonald's, nor do I ever hope to be that way.
  17. I think they're pretty well the cream of the crop. Maybe a specific question would be better?
  18. If you're concerned about something in the air there is a thing called "Lamp Berger" it was developed for hospitals to kill the germs in the air. It has an alcohol base and you light it, then blow it out. From there is pulls air through this heated stone and purifies it that way as well as whatever the liquid is.
  19. Pretty sweet actually. Don't really like the ar style grip though. Whatever though, not like any of those type pistols are supposed to be pretty.
