  1. Wife and I got our real ID license when we returned to middle TN. We made appointments at the Lebanon DL site and it was a breeze. Do make sure you have all the documents they require. They have a list online. Since we needed new TN licenses anyway it didn't make sense not to get the real ID.
  2. Admit it, this is a self-portrait of your truck...
  3. This is sold. Thanks for all the interest.
  4. Like everyone else, I use a goldenrod and have my safes sitting on wood instead of concrete. I also keep a container of DampRid in each safe and replenish them when necessary (usually annually at the soonest).
  5. TTT Surely someone needs a good ladder...
  6. TTT Surely someone needs a good ladder...
  7. I no longer need my cargo trailer as I'm very tired of moving! I also prefer riding my motorcycle rather than trailering. The trailer is in great shape. Has tie downs along both walls. Also has a motorcycle chock which is easily removed. Purchased new in 2018. SOLD
  8. Sold Another ladder I no longer need with the move back to middle TN. This is an AL Werner 24' extension ladder. It's used but in great shape - always stored in my garage. Levelok levelers (https://www.amazon.com/LeveLok-Ladder-Permanet-Leveler-LL-STB-1AL/dp/B000EYYBPM/ref=sr_1_3?crid=Y72VGTIVLN7Y&keywords=levelok&qid=1657226194&sprefix=levelok%2Caps%2C103&sr=8-3&ufe=app_do%3Aamzn1.fos.08f69ac3-fd3d-4b88-bca2-8997e41410bb) are installed on each leg. $175 $125 in Mt. Juliet. Stock pics for attention - I can take pics of the actual ladder but then I have to get the ladder off the garage wall and put it back - and I'm lazy.
  9. I have a like new Werner 12' fiberglass stepladder. Its rated for 300 lbs and is model number NXT1A12. More details here: https://www.wernerco.com/us/products/ladders/step-ladders/NXT1ASeries/NXT1A12?bvstate=pg:2/ct:q. Lowes and Home Depot have them for about $300+. This one is like new, I just don't have a need for this size ladder at our new house. $175 $125 in Mt. Juliet. Stock pic for attention - I can take pics of the actual ladder but then I have to get the ladder off the garage wall and put it back - and I'm lazy. This one looks new.
  10. I'm really glad I live a little further away from KahrMan than I used to! At least I have to make an effort to buy some of the goodies he's selling these days. My bank account owes a "thank you" to someone.
  11. I've moved four times in four years. Even with the right equipment, it's a nightmare. I've already told the wife to plan on burying me in the backyard.
  12. Hopefully enough informed voters are paying attention and not just listening to the main stream media. This is just more evidence we have to pay attention at the local, state, and federal level. Just voting along party (either one) lines isn't enough. I haven't been back in TN long enough for my reps to be annoyed by my calls and emails - but that day is coming!
  13. For the record, I've never modified a 320 in any way.
  14. And DAs actually prosecute offenders as the law allows; especially repeat offenders!
  15. IMO, its optimistic to think anyone other than a low-level staff reads Congressional emails. For the record, I still send them too!
  16. Bump with a price drop. Surely someone wants a security system for when they aren't home - I'm guessing everyone on this forum has a security system for when they are home.
  17. My recommendation: image the largest safe you would ever need in your lifetime - then double the estimate. I bought what I thought was a huge safe - and now I have two, plus a locking cabinet for accessories, etc.
  18. As a right-handed but left-eye dominate shooter, I've found rotating the gun slightly helps me more than pivoting my head. Instead of bringing the sights up to 12 oclock, I bring them up to about 1030 - it greatly helps me quickly align the sights (or dot).
  19. My wife's go to answer when I mention buying another gun is "go ahead". She trusts me not to be too stupid. Of course, my most expensive gun was a gift from her.
  20. We used this SimplySafe security system in our rental house when we relocated back to middle TN. It was purchased new in July 2021. The house we purchased had a security system installed during the build. The SimplySafe system works well. Comes with the base station, one keypad, two motion sensors, one indoor camera, and six trip sensors (good for doors, windows, gun safes). Sold - thanks for the interest.
  21. I've got a couple of pump action 22 rifles. One of my prized possessions is a bolt action shotgun. It was the first shotgun I ever shot. Eventually I inherited it from my Grandfather. It's probably a $200 shotgun to most people but to me it's priceless.
  22. Using logic to decompose a problem into solvable chunks... What a novel concept!
  23. Sounds very familiar. I bought my first house in 2001 and had a 7.25% rate. We bought late last year and are at 2.375% but with a 15 year mortgage and had a much larger down payment %.
