I've been neglecting exercise pretty heavily for a few months now, but in the height of my fitness, I was running 3mi 3 times a week, swimming 3-5k yrds 2 times a week, and weight training 2-4 times a week. I've been heavily interested in starting a crossfit routine, as the pace, intensity, and relatively short workouts are highly appealing to me. Not to mention the fact that many crossfitters have achieved great results.

Why do I shop on the internet? Oh yeah, THAT'S why...

FINALLY finished. I don't know if it's just the beverages I was enjoying while doing this or not, but I'm pleased w/ my finished work. I suppose you'll be the judge. First off, my "tools": S&W Special Tactical (1) Ice Pickish Deal (1) Small Phillips Head (1) Red Hook ESB (1) Shiner Bock (Several) ...and here's the finished product: In case you can't tell, it's the business end of a wheel gun, and TGO in stencil letters.
