  1. I finally got my hands on one, and wasnt much impressed w/ the feel either. Although I'm not much of a polymer frame fan. I do however own a SigPro 2022, which I do love dearly.

I was wondering about the guy on the far corner myself. I wish this was a video instead of a still... Then we could see the dual weild ninja empty his mags while doing backflips to effictively defuse the situation.

I wonder where this pic is from... Brazil maybe?
  9. Saw. Laughed. Shared.
  10. Just saw this: http://www.powerlineblog.com/archives2/2008/04/020315.php From the article: On Sunday, Aaron Klein and John Batchelor interviewed Ahmed Yousef, chief political adviser to the Prime Minister of Hamas, on WABC radio. The interview produced a scoop which, for some reason, has not been widely publicized: Hamas has endorsed Barack Obama for President. Yousef said, "We like Mr. Obama and we hope he will win the election." Why? "He has a vision to change America." Maybe Yousef has some insight into what Obama means by all these vague references to "change."

    well i got it

I'm about to order a kit from del-ton, I think I'm gonna pick up a Spikes Tactical lower w/ the HK style color-fill markings.
  12. I've never had one or shot one, but always kinda wanted one. Maybe bullpup it w/ a Muzzlelite stock... Anywho, I was dissapointed the price had'nt come down more since the ban sunset.
  13. If they release a 250 in DA/SA, I'll probably pick one up.
  14. I think a lot of the resoning behind this design was so that gun owners who were only allowed to own one type of each firearm (places in Europe) had the ability to own different calibers and form factors while only leagaly possesing one gun.
  15. Sorry. HAD to. http://www.theonion.com/content/news/black_guy_asks_nation_for_change
  16. Yeah, early to mid-day at the Cheatham range isnt bad at all, often you may be the only one there. Although I havent heard of guns getting snatched down there, I dont doubt it for a minute. We should get a TGO posse down there some time.
  17. Great write up about the AR-30 in.338 Lapua in Shotgun News several weeks ago... Hmm. Cant seem to find a link to the article, but a little searching might turn it up for you.
  18. Well, there's always the TWRA range in Cheatham, but be wary of other shooters out there, buncha idiots sometimes.
  19. I was guilty of trusting my 1st firearm without testing it. I was 19, couldnt buy a handgun, so I picked up a remington 870 home defense, and had it at my bedside for almost a month before actually test firing it. Not typically something I do these days, actually not something I do at all, but I dont wanna throw stones in this glass house of mine, haha.
  20. I would buy 6 at THAT price!!!!
  21. All this talk reminds me of something I read in a firearms mag recently (Special Weapons maybe?). The article was a report which interviewed several members of different branches about their service. I'm paraphrasing here but, The author noted "It's kind of funny how much flak the 5.56NATO round has been taking in the world of firearms journalism, but the men who are proudly serving our country seem to think very highly of their M4s"
  22. +1 on shot placement.
  23. $329 out the door? Yeah, I hate you. A LOT!
