That "food for thought" is legally and in my opinion even ethically the "right answer". To many, shooting some thieves sounds like an amazing vigilante type of justice until you realize that we no longer live in the "wild, wild west" and that by doing so you risk losing everything you've ever worked for in your life. Sure, the thief my be a meth head but his father may be Denny Crane. The thief may have stolen your weed-eater but his father will take your house, vehicles, and entire life savings after you murdered his son after conveniently posting online that you'd "shoot all thieves" that come on your property. It's hard to feed your family if you are in prison for murder. Thieves suck, but I don't own a single thing that is worth more than someone's life. I'm basing this on a standard of faith. All of us deserve death (the wages of sin). Say that multiple times out loud if you have to. Yes, even the thief can be redeemed by the Blood of Jesus Christ. The only time the guns come out are if my family (or other innocents) is/are in danger.

In a year, $1,000,000 would simply be $2,739.00 per day. That's not at all unreasonable for a gun shop in my opinion. That's just gross sales, by the way.

If it were the case of a private individual or group buying and selling firearms for profit, I imagine that would have involved the ATF. My guess is the gunstore was underreporting income/sales and screwing the IRS. Those forms are transaction could perhaps be used to proof a certain number of sales in comparison to what they reported in taxes?

It's absolutely a real thing (in the sense that people believe it). I don't have exact numbers so I'll just pull them out of nowhere. Lets assume that the US population is 330 million. Lets be extraordinarily generous and say that there are 1 million true believers to QANON. That's 1/330 people. Do you know 330 people? Probably. But how many people do most people know "well"? Maybe a dozen or a few dozen if you are very friendly. Lets assume that every single one of us here knows at least one person that subscribes to QANON religiously. How would you ever know it is them if they "censor" themselves? By this point, most of them have realized that spouting their believes alienates themselves from others. So they probably only truly open up to those around them that share their believes. That's why it spreads like wildfire on the internet. I've heard...shall we say...bits and pieces from a few people over the previous few years. To me, it sorta almost seemed like a test. If you've read deeply into something, you can see bits of pieces of it when it shows up. I truly believe that those "bits and pieces" were in a sense a "call and response" type of test to see if others around them would jump onboard with them. The funny thing to me is the absurdity of all of it. For example, there were a bunch of people waiting in Dallas for JFK Jr. to return. And this is just a nutshell from memory, but something along the lines of JFK (been working behind the scenes all these years) was supposed to show up, hand off EVERYTHING to Trump who would do a victory tour for a week and then Jesus would come back. That's...literally a part of what they were talking about, more or less. They've waited for JRK Jr. I think maybe at least twice now. I've wondered at what point do people start losing trust due to this type of prophecy.

You could order one of these. As a photographer, I use many, many of their AA's for various purposes. The only difference between a AA and C or D are simply their capacity. The voltages are all 1.5V. As such, a kit like the one linked you would give you a lot of capabilities. The AA's fit in the D sleeves and thus would work in these lights. You'd have reduced runtime compared to an actual D battery but you'd have many AA's to fill it with. These re-chargeables are amazing, they claim after charging and setting on the shelf they'd have roughly 70% of that charge. The claim roughly 2,100 charge cycles as well. Owning Eneloops is like joining a cult... As far as these lights go, I'd love to pick one up for that price.
