  1. Checked the apple stor could find no such app. If any one finds it let us know. Thank Jason
  2. Here in Elizabethton any time have bought it after 10 several times.
  3. So we are still stuck with a 4" limit on a knife. That really sucks I have a permit that allows me to carry a fully loaded firearm but can't carry a knife over 4" in what world does that make any sense.
  4. 9mm and 45acp Thinking of adding 40 want a glock 27 but then there would be all the extra dies bullets and ammo I would need to feed it so for now 9mm and 45.
  5. Been looking for a while looks like things are getting better 115 grain 9mm bullets are finally in stock at midway and brownells. 2000 on the way to my door. I can finally load up some 9mm. Jason
  6. I am not saying this is not happening it is. What I am saying is it will do no good to fuss about it. You have ammo or you don't if you dont have the extra money to buy higher priced ammo spend the time and effort to find the stuff at lower prices it can be done I found a good bit this weekend. If you can't do either one then don't shoot. But what is the use to get on here and make a fuss about it. Things may get better again I think they will. But something else can happen and they could get a lot worse. There are folks buying ammo up and making a profit on it for sure that is life if you want it cheaper go and beat them to it. Folks just want stuff given to them any more think the world owes them something. Cheaper ammo can be had just have to be willing to put in the work and effort and time to find it. If you don't have the time then you are going to have to pay more. Not much else to say about it. Jason
  7. Good lord folks can't get ammo at the price they think they should and they go all to pieces. If you were prepared you would not have to pay high prices for ammo. If you were not then suck it up and pay the prices or don't shoot. It is no ones fault but yours if you don't have ammo. Blame it on the scalpers the Walmart or what ever but look in the mirror and there is the only person at fault. The prices are high because the demand is high. That is life. Price of guns is dropping and ammo should follow. Be patient don't shoot or pay the high prices or get out and spend the time and effort to find it at cheaper prices. Things will get better or they won't. Up to you to decide when to buy or not. Today's prices may be cheap tomorrow. I think it will go back down but maybe it won't. If you don't like the prices don't buy it it really is pretty simple. I don't like the high price of gas but that is life you buy it or don't drive.
  8. Checked it out that shipping is crazy.
  9. They are filling orders through there dealers befor they fill sight orders is what I was told. Will get it quicker through a dealer. I ordered a 550ba while back took about three and a half weeks. Jason
  10. The local walmarts have had some here in the last week or two. Jason
  11. Looks like they are all gone. Man missed out on that deal.
  12. Thought we were talkin Ammo. I do not buy it out of state or on line. I don't buy much of any thing online come to think about it. I get what you are saying though. :)
  13. I would agree that you are not likely to have a problem but at a gun show selling ammo would be a good idea to have tax stamps. Just sayin.
  14. Pay it when you buy the ammo that is what the 10 cent stamp on it is for. Jason
  15. Law is posted on the first post read it. If you have any ammo at all in TN with out a tax stamp on the box you are breaking the law. Storing receiving having in possession using. That is the law if you have a box of ammo bought out of state you need a tax stamp to be leagal. Simple if you read it. You did the right thing for sure if you plan on selling it. Jason
  16. Have loaded and shot a lot of 9mm in my glocks never had this but I keep on the low end on the powder loads as long as it is running good why try to push it. Hard on gun and a waste of powder to load to hot. Jason
  17. We have a local shop like that here too. Has some really nice stuff I go in just to look around now and then but have never spent a dime there. They were crazy high befor this mess started. Jason
  18. I just liked them don't know what they are worth if much of any thing. Just looking at them I think the Remington hi speed kleanbore one's may be the oldest. They do not even have the keep out of reach of children warning on them but I am not sure. I remember shooting some of the different boxes too guess it was just the memories of out shooting a 22 with dad or grandpa that drew me to them. The big silver box Winchester is a box of the old crimp style rat shot. There is a box brown on top Charels Daly. Have never saw them before. Just thought they were interesting. Jason
  19. All but two are full boxes those two are about half full. Came with the display case. The one box of Remington kleanbore shorts is about half a box and one other one has a few missing Jason
  20. Got his nice display of 22lr ammo today traded some other ammo for it. Some of it has 1cent TN tax stamps on it. Any way thought it was kind of cool. Makes a neat display. Jason.
  21. Here is what I would carry maybe a pistol too but this would be first choice. http://www.marlinfirearms.com/firearms/bigbore/1895g.asp
  22. Find one of those hiding in my 9x19 brass from time to time. Jason
  23. Keep us up to date on what is going on on this. It would be Awsome for this to pass. Jason
  24. All of the shotgun shells are done like that four tax stamps are 40 cent open them up the stamps are on them. I have bought many boxes at Walmart. Feel lucky you got them local gun shop you would have paid a lot more. I was there last night and they got some ammo in about 20 people waiting I did not even fight the crowd for it I am pretty good on supply right now. Half a buggy full some pistol rounds shotgun and Tula for a SKS. All gone in about 15min. Jason
