Overall, 80 percent of federal employees will stay on the clock during the shutdown. It turns out that the feds can’t even do shutdowns very efficiently. Bottom line...just about every department has the same statistics......just about everything is non-essential. The asshole in chief is only picking and choosing on what he wants to shut down. I hope his choices continue to piss off the majority of people and work against him and the demonrats in the process.
