I have a tool to make BP caps, uses the roll caps to make the charge, along with a grain or 2 of BP in the nipple and they are about 100% good to go.

Just my $0.02, sounds like you have spent a LOT of time trying to find the screw, what could you have done with this spent time working on other things. My time is very valuable to me and my family, stop spending time trying to save a few dollars when you can spend the time with your family. After all you have found the screw.

The company is no longer in business. So parts will be far and few between. That said, if it in good shape, a friend is selling, I would pay as Mac said.

No, I have turned wood bats for that. The lead hammer is used to move things I do not want to mark or mar up.

It is a well known fact, that without things flying out the end of the barrel of our firearms, they become clubs.

Lyman 525 gran slugs, custom hammer, yes, a group buy. I supplied the lead for the group, got 2 hammers out of the deal.

Manual scale is slow, digital is ok, That is what I use, just be sure to check calibrations every so often.
