  7. I could be wrong, but the M1 likes a lighter load.
  8. A gun safe will not protect ammo from a fire, the temp will get high enough to set off the ammo. Safes keep the temp down to a certain point, fire proof is a misnomer, do your research. I know a man that had papers, money and ammo in one, had a fire. This man was a LEO, is a firearm instructor. He lost everything in a fire, had a good safe and thought he was safe from loss due to fire. Just understand in a fire you will loose ammo, paper, wood and plastic. Some safes use dry wall like panels inside for a fire barrier, these panels have a bit of water in them that turns to steam to slow down the heat from getting to high. I feel there is no way to "fire proof" your stuff, just slow the heat down till you get the fire out. The best thing to do is dont let a fire start (I know that is a stretch). If you have the money, build a concrete vault, 12" block, filled with concrete, poured concrete roof and a vault door. Buy cheap and you will pay in the long run. Put only firearms in a good safe, no paper or ammo.
  9. Mine likes her LCR to carry, but REALLY likes the 44 mag. Since all our firearms are "ours" we share and share alike. Some of us lucked out BIG TIME!!!
  10. When you could buy a firearm from the back of a magazine.
  11. There is no such thing, please, they mate and make more, 2) G23s, 5) G22s, and a G35.
  12. Every pistol, rifle and shotgun is different. You will have to work a load that works in "your" pistol. Asking for a starting load is OK, But best load is on you. The cylinder mouth size is what makes your pistol yours.
  13. Bake the cake, oops to much salt, sorry, it is free. O yea sorry no refunds on cake that leaves the store.

  18. I use Titegroup in all my pistol rounds, 25 ACP "less that 1 gran", 38, 40, 44, and 45 Colt, there is a LOT of space left in the 44 and 45 cases, never had a problem. Caster is right, ya dont want any space for BP to play with. That is where a filler is used.

  23. Picked this up off Drudge, give it a read, it is small. Gona get ya to thinking about a few things. I only hope Congress will do something to stop the POTUS   http://www.mediaite.com/tv/expert-testifies-to-congress-that-obamas-ignoring-laws-could-lead-to-overthrow-of-government/   During a congressional committee hearing about the constitutional limits imposed on the presidency and the implications of President Barack Obama’s disregard for implementing the Affordable Care Act as written, one expert testified that the consequences of the president’s behavior were potentially grave. He said that the precedent set by Obama could eventually lead to an armed revolt against the federal government.
