I've seen a few used Security Six's but the asking price was astronimical. I'm sure they are worth it but the owners of those must have been on dope.

I'm looking at getting a Ruger GP100 in 357mag in the 4 inch barrel. There is the 6 shot and the 7 shot. I know the 6 shot has been proven over time and reliable. How about the 7 shot ? I compared the walls of the cylinders side by side and of course the 7 shot is a bit thinner. I do plan on shooting some 357mag out of it but not all the time. Maybe practice with .38spl. So the thinner walls may mean a tad bit weaker than the 6 shot. But we are talking about one of the heaviest built revolvers. Should this be a concern ? Also , I am wanting to know if the 7 shot will be as reliable and stay "in-time" or keep it's "timing" as good as the 6 shot ? I have owned a few revolvers but never shot a lot out of them. But this gun will get a lot of shooting as I plan to start reloading 357 and .38 . Any help and experiences are appreciated. Thanks in advance. I will add that I am a huge fan of Ruger and I have a few of their P-Series which are as reliable as the sunrise , but I still understand that now days even Ruger firearms are a lot different than when those P-Series were made. Even Glock has gotten to where they are not as reliable as they used to be.

I can't get pictures of what I'm seeing now cause it's 1:12 am and dark but the smoke is rolling out of the cracks of the blocks and the wood top. Dang it's darn near sexy ! The smell is heavenly. I just turned the meat and took a taste. DAYUM !!!! I got some more hours to go.

Time for old fashioned style bbqq cooking. Burn barrel and pit with lots of oak wood slabs. I got a few pork shoulders and some thick cut pork belly. Going to keep it going for 12 hrs. It's hard on the back bending over and shoveling wood every hour but worth it. I'll try to post some pictures of it when it's done.

I hate that gas prices are getting so high. Trust me. But these idiots with electric cars that are bragging on this kill me. I have a Toyota 2.7 liter 4 cylinder and it gets terrible mileage at around 20 MPG but it starts everytime I turn the key and can be fixed by any normal person if it ever needs repair.

My 2022 "retirement" truck. I wish that I could have kept my 2003 but the wife had student loans to pay off. But I still got the 2.7 before Toyota stupidly discontinued it. It's bullet proof.

I would go with my kids to the movie theater all the time when they were young and also with my wife. Well when the Star Wars movie The Force Awakens came out in 2015 , I worked overtime along with other police officers to do security at a theater since there were huge crowds. Some kid got sick and threw up what looked like 5 pounds of greasy buttery popcorn and the smell was awful ! This happened right in front of me . After that I could never stand the smell of popcorn , so I hadn't been in a long time until last month. The cool thing I notice now is that our big movie theater was reclining seats which is really neat !
