  1. Howdy Steve and Welcome to TGO
  2. Well Lowe's, Home Depot and any other large corporation does as Wal-Mart on their contracts. I have worked for companies that supply products for them and the contracts go the same way. Large contract to get reduced prices then less money each time the contract is renegotiated, the supply company has tied up so much money in reequiping for the contract that they have to keep going with them to pay off the debt. Seems it is the American way to want quality at crap prices. Just my opinion.
  3. Howdy and Welcome to TGO Nice pistol
  4. Howdy Frank and Welcome to Tennessee and TGO
  5. I carry a Glock 27 (40 cal) and am very happy with it. Accurate little pistol and easy to conceal. There are so many to choose from, just check out as many as you can.
  6. Howdy Michael and Welcome to TGO
  7. Howdy Frank and Welcome to TGO and soon to Tennessee
  8. I also use the Lee Perfect Powder Measure and just dump into the case. I set the measure then check the first 5 for charge then every fifth charge for 20 and if it stays good, usually does, I then check every tenth charge. It usually charges very consistantly with Longshot, the powder I use for 40 S&W.
  9. Sky diving is really easy, it's the landing that gets exciting!
  10. Just a quick response, the U.S. Government and especially the military services are very anti-gun. Beware!
  11. I saw and held one of the pistols at Tennessee Gun Country in Clarksville. Not something I would want but different in looks for sure. Tennessee Gun Country 1525-C Ft. Campbell Blvd. Clarksville, TN. 37042 PH# 931-552-2118 FAX#931-552-2119 They give a discount to LEO's, military and retired military. I have purchased some items from them but am not connected to them in anyway.
  12. Where do these sue happy people come from? Take a little responsibliity for your actions. Jeez the world is getting weirder everyday.
  13. Glock 23 or 27, Don Hume IWB at the 10 o'clock for cross draw, very comfortable.
  14. I just got one and haven't had time to check it out much. Hard to sit down with it in front and the waist band has some scratchy areas where it the velcro is sown on. Not as good as I thought but then a belly band is not either. I have so far found my IWB carried cross draw is the most comfortable. Glock 23-27 holster Don Hume IWB 715 series
  15. Have you checked out the Glock sub-compacts?
  16. The flash happens at the front, the Ka-Bomm at the rear!
  17. I go on Ft. Campbell, Ky. quite often, I have a Tennesse HCP, it is not allowed to have a unregistered weapon on post, carry is not allowed. Don't ask, don't tell! Do what you think is needed for your safety! I am not telling you to break any laws or rules but we have to sometimes do things others do not like.
