  1. 40 S&W, Longshot powder and 165gr or 180gr Rainier plated or Magnus JHP bullets, various brass and primers. Accurate and clean.
  2. I set the powder dispencer to where I think it should be and make adjustments from there. I fill the dispencer and make sure I keep everything the same when I crank the handle, this is very important. I then load my first five checking each charge, once everything is good I check every five after that. You can adjust the tension for the crank arm but this may change the charge dropped. Must crank it the same everytime! Just how I do it. The scale must be level and out of all wind, drafts A/C air movements.
  3. Why has everyone gone ape over this? Because she brings life to the campaign now and it has raised the bar. I have been looking at her since I heard about her and like her stance on many of the issues and some of the things both Dems and Reps have gotten mad about. I also like her values and appreciate some of the decisions she has had to make. The Alaskans (sp) seem to think highly of her, not always a easy bunch to impress.
  4. For OWB I would suggest two mounting points.
  5. This is why we all need to be self defense aware. Perhaps a good lawyer will help get him off the streets but she has to have the ability to defend herself. I really do hope this turns out right without harm to her but it may not.
  6. I believe this will make up for some of the McCain campaign short comings and yes I like her political stand. If done right she may be the candidate for President in 2012. I believe the DEM's have just gotten a big hit against them.
  7. Gen III Glocks are suppose to have more support than Gen I or II but still leave a bulge. I have reloaded over 2,000 cases (some 10 times) fired in a Glock 23 or 27 and have had no problems with them in the same Glocks or an XDm. I have slightly modified my dies by surface grinding the case holder to half the above case size and by cutting down the bottom of the resizing dies so there is very little chamfer at the entrance, didn't make a functional difference just looks a little bit better. I use Lee carbide pistol dies. My loads are not max either, 7.5gr of Longshot powder and various brass and primers and either Magnus 165gr/180gr JHP or Rainier 165gr/180gr plated HP bullets. These are clean, accurate, safe loads in my firearms, also used in a Hi-Point carbine. Some people get upset if they get once fired Glock brass but like I said I have had no problems.
  8. Both of you should check out WWW.CORNEREDCAT.COM A very good site for women by a woman. Even good for the guys to check out.
  9. All black, colors do not mean too much too me. Dang I like the trigger!

  11. Well to let everyone know I picked up one today from Tennessee Gun Country in Clarksville, Tn. It is a little bit bigger (lot) than the Glock 23 I am use to. Had to trade the Glocks in on it, my wife said I had spent too much on guns this year and would have to trade. I have not shot it yet but maybe Wenesday or Thursday. I have been playing with it, very good trigger, makes the Glock trigger feel like it was made of rubber. I got a chance to fire one yesterday, a guy I know had just got one and let me shoot it, damn it was good. It was so much better than the Glock and with the handloads I had made for the Glock. Accuracy wasvery good, I could do 2 inch group at 25 yards with it rested on a bag and taking my time. I have been know to shoot a .5 inch target but could only shoot one round to get that. After the first round the group got much bigger.
  12. Semi auto handguns do not do multiple cartridges. Only fire in it what it is chambered for.

  14. Yep, I understand they only come in 40 S&W as of this time. I would want it as a all around gun to include carry. I like the idea of more rounds in the mag and do understand that will make it a larger/heavier platform. I like the idea of a fully supported chamber and match barrel, I don't know really how it feels in real world use. I have held one with the large grip insert and it felt a little big. If it could give reliable service and accuracy beyond what I am generally use to I may go for it. As for owning one I would have to trade something for it as the wife says I have spent my gun budget for this year and possibly some of next years. Thanks for the replies.
  15. Anyone have one? what do you think? How does it shoot? Any problems and how does it carry concealed? I know I'm full of questions but I am thinking about one in 40 S&W of course. I am kind of a Glock guy but would change for a better all around handgun if there is one out there.
  16. The title says it. Do you dress to conceal your carry weapon or just wear any/every thing you gets your hands on. Pictures would be nice but I don't do cameras myself. I myself partially dress to conceal but dress more for weather or comfort.
