  1. Thanks Kahrman!   Have a blessed day   Dave
  2. They do multiply extremely fast. They are showing up every where. If they're not there today, just wait, they'll be there next week! Tennessee's "No hunt" theory on hogs is a total failure. They say it's working, but we are finding hogs in more places than ever before. They are in Montgomery County and Stewart County is overrun with them.   They are born in liters of 6-8 and can give birth at 6 months of age and drop a liter every 6 months. So, you can see how fast they spread!   Dave
  3. Honestly, when it comes to pigs Omega, I need no one to look out for me. Me and my partners do just fine. Trust me.   Dave
  4. The laws have changed that only permits the property owner (or permitted guest) to shoot hogs. Some WMA's still allow the hunting of hogs under certain circumstances. I just happen to fall into a "special" category.  LOL   Have a blessed day   Dave
  5. Dear Sir;      I am more than in compliance, "or I wouldn't be posting"! Apparently you don't know me....just saying. Have a blessed day. Here ya go. "Landowners have more opportunity than ever before to control wild hogs on their properties. They can shoot wild hogs year-round during the day without limit and trap with bait outside of big game seasons. Furthermore, landowners may obtain an exemption from their TWRA regional office enabling them to kill wild hogs at night using a spotlight, and to trap year-round." - See more at: https://www.tn.gov/twra/article/wild-hog-regulations#sthash.ljLZvIqo.dpuf   Dave
  6. Went out this morning and seen 5 Hogs. Two of them went "Wee, Wee, Wee", all the way to the cooler. This little sow dressed at 150 pounds taken during a LEGAL hunt . Have a blessed day! Dave
  7. I know which one that is LOL.  I don't believe I qualify for it!   Dave
  8. I think they are priced backwards myself. I think the older we get, the less we use them. Make them cheaper!   Dave
  9. If I'm shot and killed, it's because I said nothing.   Have a Blessed Day   Dave
  10. Lock it up Brother! Did you talk to the neighbor?   Dave
  11. Was it on a WMA? If so, the Game Warden may have it. They get taken all the time.   Dave
  12. Thanks Brothers, this Grandpa is very proud!   Have a blessed day   Dave
  13. I took the Grandsons out on the youth hunt (Cross Creeks) yesterday and all three tagged out in about 40 minutes. What an awesome day! (L) Tyler (second deer) (Middle) Adam First Deer (R) Devin second deer (First Buck) Tyler's doe went about 20 yards and the other two dropped where they stood with neck shots. We were about a mile from the truck and Grandpa and Dad got put through the paces getting the deer out! We have lots of work to do this morning. Have a blessed day Dave
  14. Still can't shoot can you? Sorry Bro, couldn't help it! Dave
  15. I'm in for a range day. If we eat afterwards, lets not go to that Mexican joint we went to before. There is a gun buster on the door! The 10th or any other would be good.   Dave
  16. I mainly hunt with Primitive Muzzleloaders and here is my lineup: 62 cal French Fussel De Chase (roughly 16 gauge) She's my squirrel gun when used with 80 grains of 3F and 1.5oz's of #6 shot. A patched .622 ball works fantastic for deer. Number 2: 50 cal Custom built Kentucky Flintlock Rifle. Very deadly and accurate. And as a last resort I'll break out the Old Confederate 6 pounder loaded with grape shot!! LOL Have a blessed day Dave
  17. Buzzards and Vultures are a protected species.   Dave
  18. LMAO...now that was funny!!!   Dave
  19. No matter either way, illegal ammo and methods will win you a trip down town. That's the point I'm trying to get across. The Warden that checks you out has no clue as to what you are doing. He can only base his actions on what he sees and what you tell him. It's all his decision after that.   Dave
  20. In closing, if you are concerned about the coyotes, get ahold of a few members here (Shaun Mathews for example) to hunt the yotes. He, as some other members are very good at calling in and hunting coyotes. Let them guys come out, call the dog in for you and let you enjoy a challenging hunt. Just my :2cents: !!!   Dave
  21. Most that I know would not advise anyone to "shoot it on sight". That's a liability most are not willing to take. However, some would, even myself. No officer can control the circumstances of your actions and won't do it. That stuff is iffy!   Dave
