  1. It does take some getting used to.
  2. Why not just move the mag release to the opposite side and use you're trigger finger to release the mag instead of your thumb? Don't have to change grip that way. Kinda like the lever principe that Walther and h&k use.
  3. Tenifer, as Glock calls it, or Melonite as everybody else in they industry calls it (correctly btw) is a metal treatment that is colorless. The color or "finish" that is applied on top of the Melonite is the part you see and it can be anything from paint to epoxy. That being said, Rhino Lining would be the closest match.
  4. I have but I'm only getting the Draco SBR'ed. I won't be getting anything else, at least I have no intentions. If I were doing more or getting something I wanted to make sure got passed down, like full auto, I definitely would go the trust route. For just one, I don't see the advantage financially.
  5. My wife tried to get in the Madison Library and the line was around the building an no parking left. They told her Goodlettsville City hall was better. She picked me up and we were done in fairly short order. All my kids( except the 2 yr old) 4 years ago. Took my 2 yr old with me this time. Let her hit the final submit button.
  6. Who does this in Nashville/Madison/Goodlettsville? I've called all the UPS stores and they all said no, called all the Kinko's - no. So where is the best place to get this done?
  7. D&T has been selling them for $560 and have them instock as of yesterday.
  8. Don't buy anything Aimpoint or Eotech off of Ebay. Notorious for selling knockoffs that look real (markings and all) that aren't even airsoft quality internally. Also, If the price looks too good to be true, general rule is they are fakes. The Eotech's are awesome. It's like playing a video game in real life.
  9. Not only that, but he did it 7 times in a row. With all the other PED users, not one of them has been able to get half of that. impressive no matter how you look at it.
  10. When we continue to spend the enormous amounts of money on their products that buy the stage they expound from. As long as we pay them, they will believe they are worth it.
  11. I have that same rail and LOVE it.
  12. As far as I know it's the only one out there and no one has done it better.
  13. Start with the RAM. If that doesn't do enough for you you can go for the full kit. For me the RAM was all I really needed. Much improved reset.
  14. The Draco is Romanian and completely different than the M92. The M92 is Yugo based with a shorter barrel, Piston and gas tube, different back end, and has the "Krink" style sights. Two completely different guns. Which one did you get? If it's the one in the picture you have a Romanian Draco. I love mine. IMO they are more accurate than a full sized due to less barrel flex and recoil pulse. When I added the TWS top cover rail it gave me a 4" longer sight radius than a 16" barrel AR.
  15. Offensive to whom? I didn't send you any PM's. I don't even know you.
  16. If he did dope, he still won 7 TDF's in a row and never tested positive for any known bannded substance. All the other winners latley haven't won more than one and have tested positive. Either way you shake it, is an incredible accomplishment. As far as the Eurotrash offense... are you serious? That's what PM's are for.
  17. There aren't any in Nashville. However, Troy at In Range is the go to guy for Krink's. He's quick on turnaround time and very fair on prices. Great guy. He's done some non typical work for me and I've been very pleased. http://www.inrangec2.com/
  18. 7.62x39. Hopefully, I can get the .308 down the road.
  19. Got the CSS handguards today and got it on. I like it a lot more than I thought I would. It's light and solid. Had to do some fitting and I need to lower the front retaining mount but I'm happy. It will run a lot cooler than the wood furniture. I have a Damage Industries brake in 5/8x24 coming and then I'll be done. Anyone have a tap? Here it it's with the Draco.
  20. Here is one: Again it's a commerce "crime", not a possesion "crime". http://www.neighsayersforum.com/atfletters/09-0502,%20reply%20to%20922r%20general%20(redacted).pdf
  21. Practically speaking, yes. Enforcement can only be done at the manufacturer/importer level. Otherwise, even by the ATF's letters in response to the question, there is no way to identify origin country of parts since ID stamping is not required.
  22. Nope. 922R has no bearing after importation, except for manufactures. To the end user it is of no consequence. 922r addresses assembling from imported parts. Not the insertion of certain numbers of parts post manufacture. the 10 parts issues is only applicable to manufactures not the end user. This has been verified several times by AG letters and the ATF. Not that big of a deal. It's just a pet peave of mine when people get worked up about a non-issue and get new guys scared of breaking a non applicable law.
  23. No, you don't have to add parts to comply with 922r. That is an importation restriction and according to the ATF and Attorney General it's unenforceable after it in country. In all the years it's been our there, there has never been a single charge citing 922r much less a case that resulted in any charge. Very nice gun btw. Enjoy it.
  24. Mike as you have already pointed out, you might want to actually look into the thing you mock before making broad asinine assumptions. Just sayin.
