  2. Either we aren’t aware of their bias, don’t follow politics enough, or we are content with how our rights are under attack and ok with it. I’m guessing and hoping the latter is not the case. I recommend Tim Pool on YouTube. Great news aggregator. Guy was a journalist and activist that calls it as he sees it and finds credible sources. He was a Bernie supporter, just voted for Trump and purchased his first firearm. Extremely pragmatic and that’s what we need. I don’t agree with many of his views socially or economically but in terms of getting the actual news, he’s right on point. Years ago CNN was considered middle...... NPR is government funded and terribly leftist. It’s opinion disguised as news. Just like PBS. We need to start educating ourselves on the subtle, suggestive messaging before our rights are gone. (Check out the under cover videos from Project Veritas regarding NPR) I have no idea what caused a political forum to be taken down here. But the fact that our community is censoring is worrisome. I pray it was due to leftist trollers saying defamatory things. If not, I would be saddened but ok with being banned for this post. I moved to TN to escape a statist, anti liberty state where having the wrong mag can make you a felon, you have to run from your own house if you are in danger, you can’t own certain firearms, and must register any firearm you own. That’s just to name “some” of the anti constitutional so called laws. We must be careful how accommodating we are to any ideas or beliefs that lead to the same happening here in the free state of Tennessee. Our constitutional rights are absolute and not up for interpretation. There’s a reason our founders worded our bill of rights it so little and simple words.
  3. Nice...I've never been there. How did it go? Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  4. Welcome to TGO... where abouts do you live? I just started myself a year ago and I'm casting and reloading already... Completely hooked!
  5. I got them at the new gander mountain over here in providence. 124 and 147gr for the sabers. Working on a powder coated 120gr cast bullet now. Worked up some xtp and xtreme 124gr hps that shoot great. Fyi...The golden sabers were not hand loaded.
  6. I'd love to get involved in competition shooting. I live in Mt Juliet. If I can't make this one how can I get involved in the club? Do you guys have a way to practice? Can't shoot where I live and the range doesn't even allow drawing from a holster. Thanks in advance!
  7. Hey Musicman!    Mostly been working up my own loads lately for 9mm, however, I recently tested out Golden Saber's in my new Kahr CM9. Went with the Golden Saber's because of their reputation and track record. Had zero feed issues and were very accurate. I'll be buying more for sure. Price... on defensive rounds is ridiculous so obviously there's no "value" here.    Anyone try those new Remington HTPs? Can't beat the price on those and thought they'd be a good SHTF stock to have.
  8. I have a 550 and love it. The only Dillon die it requires is the powder/flare die. It's not a good press imo for load development (small 5-10 loads in varying oal, charge, etc). For that you can get a cheap Lee single stage or something. I bought a Lyman turret press for load development and once I get the load where I like it, use the Dillon to crank them out.
  9. I've used a few hundred 9mm in rotation without issue
  10. Same here...haven't received a response to my texts. I don't mind coming to Ashland city. David, what's your preferred way of making a appointment? Text, call, pm, email Thanks in advance!
  11. I have researched this as well and seems that cycling is what wears springs out.
