One time I saw my doc walking into a gun show. On my next visit we talked about the show, told him I reloaded and found out he did too, ask me if I had carry permit and said he was going to soon take his. He told me he was at the point to where he trusted no one these days. Hum......sounds familiar, even the elite professional types are getting the picture. Good for him, don't think his office post, didn't notice and they are part of Summit Medical Group.

contacted the atf for the papers, how long does it normally take to receive the papers and will they come knockin at my door for any kind of site checks?

that one turned out good. sometimes we don't realize or expect how people will responde to the fact some of us carry. i had a young man walk up to me the other day, tapped my front pocket and said, "is that where you keep your pistol?". After denying it, he said "well that's a pretty good print you got going on". My Taurus 851 was in a Nemesis pocket holder, didn't think it would print. Always be careful......
