voted no. the unexplained or unexplainable leaves one to let their minds wonder. you see something in the sky you don't know what it is, call it a UFO, you hear something go bump in the night and you call it a ghost. So I believe we have been programed to call the unexplained something. Just like most have been programed to believe guns are bad and bad people own them. we have been programed to live in fear of the IRS because of the power they have over us and what they will do to us if we don't pay our taxes, chit like that.....SO, technically speaking, when you see something in the sky you have identified it as something, therefore its not unidentified....therefore, it is an identified flying object since you have identified the unidentified...forget it

if you are simply tasting, don't swallow the swill. let it roll across the palate and back of tongue as in a slurping manner, then spit it out. rinse the palate with wine crackers afterward. expelling the drink will allow more tasting w/o a drunken effect.

well, seems that's the ticket. i seated them flush as you suggested, put them into the mag, racked the slide, round fed, racked again, round ejected new round fed, did that several times and all fed with no jambs. Thats what I like about this forum, all the assistance and advice given to those of use these experienced!!!

I live in fountain city, use to eat at a restaurant called "Fatboys", it closed and daughter said I could be the new fatboy so there you go. Although, @ 5' 10" & 218 lbs doesn't really qualify me as "fat", just healthy!!

took some reloads to range, 185 grain lswc, unique powder, wolf primers. loaded up 7 in the mag, racked the slide, jamb-----dropped the mag, could not get the round unjambed from the chamber. final fell into place and it went bang when i pulled trigger. reloaded, same thing....did this 4 times with same result. Failure to load.....anyone have suggestions other than my pistol just doesn't like swc's? I did load some factory round nose stuff and it was fine so it was the ammo not the gun....

as a business owner the last thing you want to do is scare away customers because of the site of a handgun. so its your call. personally, i would keep doing what your doing and if they spot it, i don't think its an issue. i have seen business owners and employees OWB carry during work hours. Some small tobacco shops REQUIRE employees to carry. they open carry and people go in/out and it never seems to phase them. it is your right as a business owner to carry open/concealed. always a good chance to convert the sheeple.....rescue the perishing care for the dying

I've always said I will NEVER trade/sell/barter off my first purchase (SA XD9 4" Service). It has become the firearm that sleeps with me, nestled just right under my pillow (I've been told that if you put your firearm under your pillow, the firearm fairy will come and leave you another one, sorta like the tooth fairy), but I digress. Keep your first purchase, esp the .357 since it has a dual function (.357 & .38) so you really have two firearms all wrapped up in one. 9MM are a dime a dozen, wait for the right time grasshopper and then snatch 9MM from the appropriate sellers hand.....

Women who wear revealing clothing cause earthquakes

she may be hot in that pix, but when she takes off that veil she will reveal major dental work required. As if the camera were to take a snapshot of her below the shoulders, 350 pounder. Be very careful what you lust after, "a picture is worth a thousand words" holds very true, especially the unseen portion of the pix! -
Shooting pests (Squirrel, Rabbit, Etc) in Knoxville with an airgun?
ftncityfatboy replied to a topic in General Chat
according to knoxville law, you cannot fire anything air powered within the city of knoxville. no bb guns, airguns, let along a pistol....heaven forbid it might offend someone. I was looking at getting one of those red ryder bb guns to shoot in my yard and after some research (on this forum and elsewhere) it was brought to my attention the do's and don'ts. IANAL, but I would be verwee careful Elmer...... -
anyone had a bad check issued to them and you've had to collect on it? what procedure(s) do you take to get your money? I guess you could go to the court house and start there, I know according to the TN Criminal Statute, Title 39, Chapter 14, subsection (f) of section 39-14-121, passing a worthless check may be punishable as theft of property or services which is a misdemeanor if the amount is $500 or less, or a felony if it is above $500. I would like to know where to start or should I just forget trying to collect it myself and hire an attorney.....Thanks

women driving very large SUV's, holding their cell phone's to their LEFT ear, yacking away, not paying attention, blowing thru stop signs, cursing you when you blow your horn at them cause suddenly you are in the wrong. people who blow their noses at the table (breakfast, lunch, or dinner). people who don't wash their hands after they pee or wipe their butt. people who can't control their kids in a restaurant. people who's kids like to interrupt during an adult conversation. politicians tv evangelist people who don't like hockey.... people who will not pay you for services rendered. I could do this all night - I'm just a middle aged soon to be cranky old man....so don't piss me off!
