I was in the Clinton Pawn shop today looking at their pistola's in the pistola case, and I noticed a gently used Rossi .357 mag, blued, 4" barrel, 6 shot for $275.00 I did not get the model # but apparently they were purchased from a security company whom either upgrades or downsized their artillery. There were no visible markings on the wheel that you normally see from a pistol that has been fired quite alot so appears they haven't seen much action. Anybody else seen those there and what about that price? I thought it would be a good range gun....what say ye?

got the forms today, look pretty straight forward. Guess I'll get them sent back off tomorrow or next day. Then the wait starts. And I guess my first purchase will be a CZ-82 or a Mosin. I think the blood bank will soon have a seat with my name on it and I will have a season pass for donating. This could get expensive......the only thing that I was not sure about was the part asking if I had a hunting license or permit issued by a State. If I didn't have a license I would most likely not receive the C & R cause I would most likely not be eligible for owning a gun. So I listed my HCP license......didn't know what else to do.

once that ole XD bug bites it cannot be cured. XD9 4" service and XD9sc for me. My EDC is the subbie, I absolutely love and enjoy shooting that pistol. It is a very smooooth shooter and with me behind it it's a very accurate machine! My holster of choice is the Supertuck. This is the most comfortable holster I've used. OS will disagree with me cause it kydex, but it is comfortable! Got mine in solid black (both pistols are black) and it arrived in about 8 days. I have also found the holster will carry either pistol. Nice....

I will most likely be wearing my blue boggan that makes me look like lumberjack jim. granted its not as kewl as mike.357 or suntzu's helmets, but it will have to do. i'm going to have to find me one of them cousin eddie hats, you know like on christmas vacation? maybe we should all buy an army helmet, everyone paint it a different color and display a TGO sticker on the side. TGO stickers are available aren't they? anyway, look forward to seeing the usual suspects. I have mixed emotions about using HCP for ID. When you carry a firearm for personal defense, do you really want people to know you have a firearm on your person? Isn't part of the carry process to give you the element of surprise in the event you ever had to use it? Personally, I would be concerned that someone might get some kind of wild idea and maybe make a grab for it. Maybe that's just me being paranoid, but one never knows. I don't even post NRA stickers or gun stickers on my car just so no one gets any wild ideas. Call me crazy but someday somewhere you flash that HCP to the wrong person and the poop is libel to hit the fan...JMTCW

had mine for my xd9sc for about 2 weeks now. everyone is right, its super comfortable, wear mine at 4 o'crock. love the option to raise/lower or adjust the cant.

Worst was the girl in the tub taking pixs of herself and sending it out over the web, people paying more attention to her than whats at hand, and especially with the gay guy slapping his partner for looking at her (sorry I'm just not into that stuff nor do I approve, FWIW).
