I don't know anyone specifically. But, the Nashville flea market has an Amish girl that does an excellent job. Also, there are usually guys at most gun shows that will do the job for you.

I'd go with the .270. But, either will do him fine. My reason for the .270 is that if we have another big run on ammo .308 may be hard to find. But, it seemed like I could find normal hunting calibers where ever I went.

Thanks again guys.  Lumber Jack thanks for the videos, you have been a tremendous help.  My wife is gonna be so pissed that I learned how to use the call.  i think she was somewhat happy cause I was getting frustrated and giving up within a few minutes.  But, it's on now.

Thanks for the advice men. I figured one problem out I did not have the call far enough back in my mouth. Now just a little more experimenting maybe I'll get it down by turkey season.

I'll have to try that. But, I really want to learn the mouth call so I can have both hands free.

Does anyone know of a good resource to learn how to use a mouth call. I can get noise but it doesn't sound turkey like. I've looked on YouTube and some other places but nothing has helped so far.

My brother had a mobile saw mill come cut an oak he had cut down in his yard.  If I remember right it was less than $200 for the job and he is close to Farragut.  If you're interested I can get the number from him.  I know once the wood is dry it you can make some good money off of it.  

I love my PM2 good luck finding one right now though. I have a Pacific Salt which is similar to the Endura, my problem with it is there is almost 4 inches of blade and that's a lot for EDC to me. Where the PM2 has around 3.5 inches of blade and a nice choil to choke up on. I just got a Dragonfly 2 in ZDP-189 it's a lot smaller than what I'm used to carrying, but I think I'm gonna like it. I like the Griptilian had 2 of them and lost them. But, I can't pay over $100 for a knife with 440c or 154cm when for the same price I can get a PM2 with S30V.

  Your probably right, I just found it odd that he seemed fairly knowledgeable about firearms. More so than most libs who fancy themselves knowledgeable about the subject.

Maybe I'm crazy, but that article seemed like it was written by a pro-gun individual.  It was not tongue in cheek, but almost as if he wanted people like us to read it so more pro-gunners eyes might be opened to stopping the attack on gun rights.  The guy was very knowledgeable. And, why did he say 7.62x54R was his favorite round?  Maybe he is a commie?  I don't know, but it was a weird article in the way it was written or maybe that's how all the articles on that site are written.

I like the looks and the reviews this knife is getting. Does anyone know where I can get my hands on one in the Nashville/Lebanon area? I've been to Bass Pro, Greene Military and Friedmans with no luck. I'd like to handle one in person rather than order online.

Probably dust in the pilot light especially if th PO didn't use it. Get some of that compressed air you use to clean a computer. Take it and blow straight into the pilot light. Should work like a charm.

I totally agree with both of you. But, playing devil's advocate here where does the 80% come into play? Say I download the file to print an AR-15 lower receiver, is the writing of the program the actual construction or does clicking the print button count? Or does the amount of hand fitting make up the last 20%, but what happens when everything gets refined to a "production" level? I'm no lawyer, but we have all seen stories of folks getting tangled up with the law in a way that beats all common sense. And, I would hate to see myself or anyone else in trouble due to some beaurocrat's interpretation of this development of technology.

I saw this tonight and me and my buddy a discussion about the legalities of this. I personally think this is really cool, but both of us see it opening a huge can of worms with the government. So, I picked up a CZ 455 in 22 WMR about a month ago and the bolt is slightly rough. To the point I was thinking about putting some lapping compound where the bolt rides on the receiver and try to smooth up the action a little bit. Here is a pic of the bolt where it rides on the receiver. The receiver does not have near the tool marks the bolt does. If I use lapping compound I was going to use some 400 grit I have some 220, but I don't want to get that aggressive at first. Anyone have words of wisdom before I jump in and try to smooth the bolt out?
