I have a vortex strike eagle 3-18x44 illuminated scope for sale/trade It's a great scope it's just a little too heavy for me now that I mainly hunt and don't do much LR shooting. It comes with a vortex throw lever already mounted. This scope is discontinued from vortex but I have attached their info page about this scope thats still on their website. https://vortexoptics.com/vortex-strike-eagle-3-18x44-ebr-4-moa-riflescope.html This has normal wear but in great shape comes with the rubber lens cover but no box. Best for me to ship with my schedule, I can send you detailed photos if requested. Asking $320 shipped or will trade for a good Leupold scope, I can add money if needed. Thanks!

Selling some ammo.... Really shipping it would be better for me with my schedule. All factory loads of course and always stored correctly. Hornady Precision Hunter 6.5 PRC 143 gr. 5 boxes (100 rounds) $325 shipped. I know it's high but midway sells for $71 a box when in stock. and GB prices are insane. S&B 6.5 Creedmoor 140 grain FMJ BT 10 boxes (200 rounds) $250 shipped PMC bronze and mag tech .357 JSP 158 grain 4 boxes (200 rounds) $150 shipped would also consider trading these for a good Leupold or vortex scope, could add boot if need be

5 things priced to move. 1. Midwest industries 10.5 in m-lok suppressor ready handgaurd. it was only installed for a couple months, I decided to try a shorter midwest so this one is available. It has some wear on the barrel nut where I took it off but it's not noticeable once installed. Works perfectly. $100 2. Glock 19 OEM barrel. This came out of my gen 4. Maybe 200 rounds through it. $125 3. 30mm one piece scope mount with Quick detach levers. This was made by ATN for a thor or 4k but will work with any 30mm tube scope! $65 4. Houge ruger 10/22 overmolded stock in black. Great shape. Channel is for a bull barrel. $50 5. 100 rounds, (5 boxes) of S&B 7.62x51/308 SUBSONIC ammo. 200 gr. FMJ $175 ALL of these prices include shipping. Thats what works for me with my busy schedule. I am Paypal ready but can do USPS MO if you don't have PP. Let me know if you have any questions!

ad-closed 300 blackout upper (price drop)
WVUfaninTN replied to WVUfaninTN's topic in Gear Classifieds
price drop -
I posted this a while back and thought I had a trade set up but it didn't work out... I would like to trade my Remington 700 varmint for a Remington 700 300 blackout. Yes I know it's a long shot that someone has one available but thought I'd try. To be completely transparent I just need the action. I'm in east TN, Tazewell but would be even be willing to set up a trade across state through FFL's and cover cost.

I’m selling a 300 blackout upper. I wish I could remember what brand the barrel is, it’s not a high end one and has 1/8 twist, it was assembled by a gun store in Knoxville a few years ago, I recently replaced the short handguard that was on it with this Midwest industries suppressor ready handguard. I believe the barrel is 10” and the handguard is 10.5” it has a dead air QD flash hider (I had a dead air can on it hence the suppressor ready handguard) will work just fine without a can also I can replace with a nice non QD flash hider if preferred. WMD nickel boron BCG Strike industries charging handle Troy adjustable gas block. its 100% ready to shoot, runs great, just add an optic. Asking $475 shipped. I can meet up (I’m in Tazewell) but not home often, but will be back in twown next week. Thanks.

I was pleased with the pants I had on last Saturday (it was the jacket that was leaking all over me) I had tru-spec 24-7 pants with the water resistant coating on them (DuPont Teflon coating i think?). They worked very well, the rain would bead up and roll down. The only problem was i kept putting my wet hands in my pockets, not smart but overall pleased with those.

This is helpful. I would say personally it would be medium activity but in rain for long periods of time. Not mud crawling but not just standing around either. I know about frog togs but didn't really think about that for this situation but that might really work. Plus it's so cheap it wouldn't hurt to try it out.

Hey guys, after shooting/training for a few hours today in heavy rain, I learned that my camo rain gear isn't what I was hoping it would be. What do you guys use that's been tested and works!? I mean really works, even when you are in the elements for a long time. Thanks. Tom
