I'd say let him hold a few and see what he says feels "good". My first gun to shoot was a 6in S&W .357......I was 9. (thanks dad) No need to go easy with a .22 IMO.......he's a guy not a girl. No need for being gentle.

One in the chamber a no-go at Bass Pro...

...and this is the best answer you could come up with?? Guess we all have been fooling ourselves thinking Glocks were safe all these years.... -
Most any machine shop will pop the rivets in for around $10 to $15......

I've tried to make most of the ones around this general area......REALLY wish I could have made this one but alas, I was in W. TN with family. Hopefully there will be another one soon enough. Keep in mind though, many of us locally end up at Norris Range and sometimes it's really fun....

Thank you very much.

Purchasing an aftermarket barell is a simple and cheap alternative. I have yet to be able to tell a difference between an KKM, LoneWolfe or an OEM. They all shoot at the same point of impact at 25yrds for me. I'm sure they'll do the same in a SD situation. I've tried multitudes of handguns for carry...I kept going back to a G19 or G26....the G26 won out due to year-round carry availability. Glocks are tools and I try to keep all my tools the same.......

Just saw this and won't be able to make it. I'll be in Nashvegas that weekend......darn it. I miss all the good stuff now!!

I purchased one a few years back for a Romy I had because the normal AK stocks do not fit into my shoulder well. Well made and better than the plastic ones out on the market.

I would try different magazines as well before i sent it back. Seems like you've tried everything but different mags.....if that doesn't work, send it back. No need to worry about trying to explain things properly as I'm sure they've received a call from Bubba explaining the "thingy gets stuck and when I slap'er forward she gets more stuck. What do I do?".....

While alot of those are cool.....people have to realize that you will not be able to "build" anything when the zombies arrive. Also without the proper tools and knowledge, if the home is already built, how are you going to keep it going when something breaks. Supplies WILL run out eventually. If the zombie's hit, there will be multiple explosions, fires and chemical spills filling the air with nasty harsh stuff and more than likley blocking out most of the sun light. If people aren't running power plants or necular facilities or dams or chemical plants, most of us who aren't consumed by a zombie have a small chance of living anyways no matter the home you build...... Still a cool, neat, fun contest.....

Just for looks so it'll match the rest I'd say...........anyways that thing would really tear up some good leather holsters...

I find a G22/G17 shoot the same for me as does a G19/G23 as well as the G27/G27. It's not the caliber, it's the size for me. I shoot the caliber's equally but not the frames. Personally I shoot the G19/G23 the absolute best out of them all. Haven't shot a Glock in .45 flavor that I've wanted to buy/keep around. Just don't like the Glocks in .45.

No ones said it yet.....but how could you not have noticed the gash on the feed ramp?? There's no way around it, surely you inspected the weapon BEFORE you bought it right?? Not trying to be a butthead but with what has been said here, it was your fault for the purchase of the defective pistol. Kahr did what they should have. They took care of the issue and sent it back. That's good customer service. You don't deserve something for a mistake you could have avoided by inspecting the weapon.....

There are many different gun racks out there these days "rifle" specific. Many people build their own as well with basic knowledge. Some of my uncles hunnting buddies have gun racks specific to their guns they use. There are metal brackets made to "seal" in the firearm as well as keep it snug and secure, key pad activated and solid. Someone would have to have a grinder to steal a rifle or shotgun. However, a theif is a theif and they will get it if they want it. Still tons of trouble to go through for one weapon.....especially if your out in the deep woods and the owner just happens to come back after a BAD day of hunting.....one could get shot by being accidently mistaken for a wild animal.

The old shop was by far my favorite. Super crammed and shoulder to shoulder most of the time. Bought tons of ammo and a few guns there. I remember the old fountain drink dispenser they had...always offered me a coke. I'll say when the new place opened they were really stocked and stocked well. Two weeks ago my dad and I went in there to look around and the inventory was definatly low but not sparse by any means. Every space under the glass was full and the rifle rack looked well stocked. I think they've rearrainged some stuff and it's opened up alot of room to make it look like the inventory is low. They treated my dad and I very well and were really trying to help my indicisive dad out. Never had a bad experiance........of course haven't had a chance to use the range either...

I've tried a few different optics with my Ultimak and they've worked very well. I've been interested in the TWS set up... Ultimack with Aimpoint: Ultimak with Burris Fast Fire (does not co-wittness)

I'm not a .40S&W kinda guy. I like my 9mm's and .357mags.....

G22 Hydroprinting of the carbonfiber done by DynamicFinishes This one has my G17, G19 and G26 in it... That's all the Glocks I have currently....

I can honestly say that I have paid retail price for 2 guns. My G19 and my old Kimber ProCarryII. Those purchases were at very reasonable prices. Went back to purchase my G26 at the same place I got my Kimber at, only to get gouged and poked on the price. Over priced at $565 and the sales man admitted it was the only one they had left, if I wanted it I could buy it at their price. The day before the price was at $499 like every other Glock model on the shelf. Jacked up the price because it was the only one?? No thank you.

Nice little glitch in the work computer....wonderful. Sorry for the double post.

I really had thought about buying that because of the Gen, not for the cool chrome. What's your plans for it?? Surely you aren't gona leave it alone right??
-
I bid with 2 prices in my head...one to start off with to see if I can get it cheap and the other which is what I'm willing to pay. Pending on the time left on the auction depends on when I bid. I never go over my max bid nor do I get excited or disappointed about loosing. For me it's alot like playing poker machines or gambling with out loosing money in the end. I'll never bid near the Buy it Now prices either because I'm looking for a deal, not to pay what they asked for..

I promised the folks at Classic Arms...

I've ordered ammo and other items from them but never a firearm. My dealings have been flawless and shipping times has been decent.... Sorry to hear about your issues....
