I'd disagree to the extent that we don't have a responsibility to EVERYBODY in the rest of the world. We have a responsibility to our allies and that's about it. Maybe the strategically picked country here and there, but not everyone.

1. TOO MUCH 2. Probably not 3. Unfortunately, like Romney said its fallen on our shoulders. We are the strongest country in the world and people look to us for help.

I walk my dog quite a ways every day to get her the exercise that she needs and have fortunately never had mine get into a full on fight. There have been a couple who got a little too close and aggressive for my taste and while mine was up on her back legs "gaining the upper hand" I gave it a good kick to the mid section. Shortly there after they figured out that they were out numbered and backed off. I'm inside the city limits so I think twice before drawing down on one and there's usually another way around it. I love dogs but if yours is attacking mine, there will be repercussions.

The problem is that we're not making the other side bleed enough. There are still plenty of Taliban fighters out there in the world. I'd venture to guess that we're nowhere near scratching the surface of finding/dealing with them all. It's probably more like standing in a kitchen and trying to stomp on a bunch of roaches while the lights are on and they're scattering everywhere. Larger measures need to be taken to eradicate the problem, which I'm not sure that our government (especially in this day and age) has the courage to do. The governments in the Middle East are not a representation of their people, they're a representation of the most corrupt and the richest being able take power. Therefore the argument that their people should be held accountable for their governments actions is hardly the case. That would be like saying that you and I are accountable for "Obama-care." Sorry, I didn't vote for the guy and I refuse to take responsibility for his actions. If I cast my vote and the person I vote for gets elected, then I take responsibility for him/her as I helped put them into office to represent my voice. Many of the countries over there don't have that luxury. While we may not be the best at helping to build governments or countries, we are doing some good work over there (building schools, getting DEPENDABLE running water and electricity up, and training them to fight and defend themselves). The problem is that none of this happens overnight. It takes time and patience, things that we as Americans just aren't that used to.

I had a Sig2022 in 9mm for my first semi-auto, it was accurate right out of the box and a great overall value. If you don't mind heading downtown Nashville to pick it up, you can have it transferred to Capital View Pawn. They only charge $10 for the TIX and $10 for use of their FFL. Cheapest I've found in the area. Some of their customers are a little... shall we say, "odd?" But for the money, it's still the best place in town that I've found.

I've ordered mags from them, but also ordered a pistol from them a few years back. Really easy to deal with and fast shipping (they're based in Texas if memory serves me correctly). Get on their mailing list too, makes for a great wish list every time you get the catalog.

In Nashville as well, I frequent the East Side too. Hope to do business with you at some point. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Your bag is the second best piece of equipment on cool nights like these, a good fire is your first. I went a few weeks back (took my pup too, although she relied on me for more warmth than the other way around... Ha ha!). A few things I learned: 1. Get more firewood than you think you're gonna need. 2. Get a GOOD bag, mine is rated down to 15* and it was great! 3. Take something to do with you for occupying yourself around the fire (ie a deck of cards, etc.). I've got a small, hand crank emergency radio that I took with. You'll wake up every few hours (at least I did), you can stoke the fire and add some more wood at that point. Oh, and if you've got a flask, full 'er up! Hope you have fun! You guys are blowing the stupid Pro Bowl out of proportion. Let's call it for what it is... IT'S A BEAUTY PAGENT!!! The most popular guys get VOTED to the Pro Bowl. Who can honestly tell me that they watched the last Pro Bowl??? The number one selling jersey in the NFL right now is Tebow's. The kid has 50 people in love with him for every hater that he's got. Pro Bowl aside, the kid is "winning" games. He has a lot to do with the locker room, and the other 52 guys on that roster are all supporting him (except Brady Quinn). They believe! It's no secret that Denver's defense has been tougher over the last 7 games. They've played lights out for the kids that are on that side of the roster. If the offense can continue to produce points (equal to that of the opponent that we play on that week) then we will have a lot of close ball games down the stretch. We haven't won a lot of games by a large margin, we've been behind and had to come back in most of these last few games. Tebow will continue to grow as an actual QB and he will turn into a team leader on the field as much as what he is in the locker room, just gonna take some time. For all the Tebow haters out there, keep hatin! I was one of you, and then the kid got drafted to my team and he's 6-1 as a starter. If he'd done the same for your team you'd be just like me: skeptical that he's your long term solution at QB, but happy as hell that you've gone 6-1 over the last 7 games now. And let's all remember back to when the Donkeys faced the Lions, they were playing a VERY good team. Now, back to my Grey Goose and nachos... T. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You guys stop hating on Little Timmy Tebow. He's just a little different that's all. Seriously though, the kid just wins. I wasn't a fan of him coming to Denver and I still don't think he's the QB of the future for my Broncos. That said he's buying himself more time with each win to become a better passing QB. Look at some of the other QB's that came into the league as 'running' QB's... McNair, McNabb, Vick, all those guys had the scramble thing down when the play broke down. They did have better arms than Timothy does, but he's going to have time to develop as a pocket passer just like those three did. Just gonna take a little time and some good coaching (and I'm not sure that Fox is the guy to do that either). Oh, and go Broncos! Let's make them playoffs!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Practiced clearing the house from the backdoor (my main entry point) quite a few times, but never thought to try to clear from my bedroom. I keep a .40 and an extra clip in the night stand along with a flashlight. That's my first option. If I can make it to the door of the bedroom I can get my hands on the shotgun (extra box of shells in the closet, within reasonable reach). Just realized about a week ago that if I were to have to shoot down the hall, I'd be having to do it left handed, and I'm a righty. Guess next time I go to the range I'll be shooting a little left handed with the pistol and the shotty... Dang it! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Congratulations on the PR! I have a coworker that ran the full down there and fought off a handful of injuries all year long training for it. Mix in a little more speed work while prepping for your next one and I bet you take 5 - 10 mins off that time! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Just returned from Florida today. Oh my, I'm glad I didn't run into this Jack***!!!! He'll be the next one to accidentally shoot himself while reholstering his pistol. And it will be an accident, at least to everyone who hasn't seen his lame video. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

I did my first "test" run on camping out last weekend up at Fall Creek Falls, with my BOB and a cooler (yeah I know it ain't gonna be around when/if I actually need to bug out, but baby steps folks). Worked out pretty well. The dog and I made it for a night and stayed pretty warm. I was planning to do another run the weekend of Dec 3rd to perfect some things that I didn't do so well, and work on some things that I didn't try at all. That being said, I'd be interested in joining you guys, if it's not crashing your party? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
