5. Any of you guys looking for a good deal on some molle gear may want to check this out: http://www.first-spear.com/home.php These guys make some good stuff from what I've read and are simply closing out there molle line and attachments to move on with a new type of system. Some pretty good deals to be had if you're in the market. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

 7. If the news report from last night was correct, the drone was possibly being used to take photos of people's roofs for future solicitation of services. Thinking about it now, it seems like an easier way to go about drumming up business if you're a roofer than passing out fliers on mailboxes or front doors. Photographic proof that someone's roof is damaged would probably sway more people to get their roofs fixed. I've heard that the use of drones is not legal for commercial use? I'm sure if this is how it's being used out in LaVergne that it will be a short lived experiment. Now, my roof is still fairly new so I'd be suspicious of someone doing it in my neighborhood especially over my house. If the person flying it was visible, I'd definitely confront them and tell them to move along and inform them the police have been called and are on the way. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
 8. Nothing a shotgun couldn't handle... In all seriousness, how is this not trespassing? I understand the guy wasn't actually on their property, but the drone being that low it should be considered the home owners airspace or something similar, no? Seems if it were my neighborhood I'd have called the police and told them the guy was flying it around my house and I thought he was trying to peak inside in an attempt to take pictures of my family in some perverted fashion. Pretty sure he'd gotten cuffed and maybe he'd rethink his approach. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
 9. I'm still trying to pitch a weekend without power to my wife. I can tell you it ain't gonna happen as cold as it is out there now though! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

 11. Turn your hazard lights on, pull off to the side of the road and kill the engine. If he pulls in behind you tell him you're having some engine difficulty and then ask him why he's following so close. Keep it casual conversation. As long as you keep it casual and calm I'm sure you can find out what the deal is. Cops get to bend the rules. It's not fair, but it happens. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
 12. I've been studying the Glock line a lot lately after some unfortunate malfunctions this summer at the range ('twas a rainy day). I've set my sights on the 23 as well, to keep everything in .40 cal for our handguns. I'd like to get two 23's (gen 4 preferably) so that I can put them in our BOB's and not have to worry about functionality in adverse conditions. Congrats on the new addition! 15. Check out this link: http://www.survivalblog.com/newbies.html Rawles puts together some good thinking points on his sight, but this list is pretty spot on for beginners.

 17. Captain Phillips was good, Lone Survivor was leaps and bounds better IMHO. Can't wait for Lone Survivor to come out on Blu Ray. I may even opt to go see it in the theater again.
 18. Just bought tickets for the wife and I to go see it tonight. Can't wait to see it, the book was very inspiring.
 19. Definitely a thank you for the heads up!
 20. I'm in. Don't threaten me with a good time! You've got my number, just let me know what you come up with.
 21.
I didn't say Phil was upset...I was responding to Batman's post that this 'won't end well for A&E"...I don't think it will either nor that it should for the reasons I stated above...their decisions have consequences (and should)....that's all I was saying.
And I didn't put words in your mouth saying that's what you said. You said that people need to own up to their words, Phil hasn't backed down from anything he's said. So I don't understand the point you were trying to make with that statement. And it won't end well for A&E. I think everybody's pretty well on board with that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
 22.
Phil has the absolute right to think what he thinks and the right to say what he thinks/express his opinion about homosexuals or speak on any subject. But with "rights" come responsibilities including taking personal responsibility and the consequences for what you say which is this case appears to be removal from the show.
I don't think Phil's too torn up about being taken off the show, so I don't understand your point here. The folks that are upset seem to be the folks who took offense to what he said. Like I said in an earlier post, it's easy for them to speak up when it comes to the internet, but I bet none of them go down to Louisiana to talk to him face to face. If they did I bet Mrs Kay would even cook them lunch and they'd have a pretty good ole time. They might even leave with their minds changed about the Robertson's (especially Phil) and see that we can all get along just fine if we have an entire conversation and not just take a snippet of one and then flip out about it. A&E is simply going to lose in this if the Robertson's take their show to another network. Lost viewers = lost revenue, simple as that. 23.
Anyway, a line has been drawn in the sand. The issue is not an attack on gays it is an attack on a man’s personal religious beliefs. We will see how it pans out.
This is the point of the whole thing, a group got their feelings hurt because a REAL MAN stood up for what his beliefs are. I bet you nobody from GLAAD or whatever it's called goes down to Louisiana to speak to him about it face to face as they're all to scared to. But behind their keyboards and lawyers they're happy, happy, happy to raise as much a fuss as they can. Just like Phil said, love them for the people they are and let God sort them out. I have a few friends who are gay. I don't persecute them, I love them for who they are and share the good news with them. What they do, or have done, with it at that point is their business. All I can do is continue to love them and be there for them as a friend if they need anything. Seems America is farther down a road of intolerance than what I thought it was. 24.
I do find one thing strange. The third page of the GQ interview online , is now gone. If I'm not mistaken, that's the page where he states clearly that he loves everyone regardless, and that's there's only one that can judge. Strange indeed
It's still there, I just re-read the entire piece... “We never, ever judge someone on who’s going to heaven, hell. That’s the Almighty’s job. We just love ’em, give ’em the good news about Jesus—whether they’re homosexuals, drunks, terrorists. We let God sort ’em out later, you see what I’m saying?” ... from page two of the article though. You can still find all 3 pages here... http://www.gq.com/entertainment/television/201401/duck-dynasty-phil-robertson?currentPage=2 People today seem to have an issue with good things that happen in the world. They must not be happy in their own lives and trying to bring those that are happy down with them. Hard to be upset with a man that's trying to save your life, if you ask me.
