Actually when I went to pick up my ar lower(back in November) I was denied. Filed an appeal and 3 days later I was good to go. I've never had a problem in the past with a firearms purchase though. It feels good to have all this BS over with. I called today to complain about the amount of time it was taking and found out it was issued. Like I said I really don't understand the hold up because I was found guilty of NOTHING and even if I were found guilty it wouldn't have kept me from the HCP. Thanks man. Now I can protect my wife instead of her protecting me.

arrested in'02 for warrants issued in '98. all charges were dropped so i'm not sure what the hold up was. i did have to prove there was no convictions but even if i was found guilty of the charges i faced i would have been legal for the hcp. who knows?! it doesn't matter now.

My HCP was finally issued today one week shy of being 8 MONTHS from fingerprinting.

What does this have to do with an internet forum? I hardly think you can call someone lazy because of how or what they type on this site. I frequent this site to relax not for a grammar lesson. And just to clarify I'm not being belligerent.

Fixed. I could care less what people on the internet think about me! I could do my job and never speak. Not saying that I love my job because I don't but you can be successful without using proper grammer. I'm not saying that it's ok to purposely butcher our language but this is just a forum.

That is a little overboard don't you think? I really don't think it matters one bit if someone missed a period or doesn't spell something right. There are probably alot of folks here that don't know proper grammer, me included. Hated english/grammer in school and still do. I read all the time but don't plan on writing a book so it doesn't affect me one little bit.
