My wife is my best friend, really my only friend ha, and we do most everything together. That being said, I like alone time and there’s a few things I’d like to do myself one day when the kids are older; ride a motorcycle across the country, and backpack in the Bob Marshall wilderness in MT. I also plan on lots of solo hiking/fly fishing trips when I’m older.

This is Dixie. Sadly had to put her down in May, cancerous tumor came back in her foot (had one removed back in 2018), and she was struggling physically. She would have been 13 next month. We got her a month after being married, she was around for so many stages of life, birth of 4 kids and several moves. She was kind of dumb and silly, but the sweetest dog in the world. Never showed an ounce of aggression her entire time on earth. It’s funny, she came from a duck hunting blood line but was afraid of the water and gun shy. She was my best friend other than my wife.

I think they are kind of cool in a futuristic/dystopian/cyberpunk way. That being said, I wouldn’t be caught dead in one . Tesla and Rivian drivers are usually douche bag late 40s/50s dudes trying hard to look cool.

I’m usually listening to Sturgill Simpson, the White Buffalo, RATM, Rise Against, or Slipknot. I like Volbeat as well, and sometimes go a little more metal, Metallica, lamb of god, slayer, etc. I’ve also really been into Keanu Reeves band, Dogstar. Other days it might be old school punk, Grateful Dead, Jason Isbell, Billy Strings, some obscure old time bluegrass I’ve found (clawhammer banjo) or praise and worship lol. My Spotify algorithm is very confused.

I feel like the rapid degradation of society coincided with the rise of the internet and social media. I agree, nothing actually happens or changes, only platitude and pandering.

Yea Ryan kind of lost me as well, I finished it, but it’s like he just became a badass out of nowhere. Then Pena’s character in last season wasn’t great. Same thoughts on Pratt, I will never not see him as Andy from Parks and Rec.
