I've recently shot some reloads and factory 12 and 20 ga dating back to the late 60's. So my take on it is if it's not corroded or look to have been under water.. load & shoot it.

It's their choice. they don't compete against their customers. It baffled me for years but when I thought about it, it makes sense. As a selling point to dealers in local states they have a non-compete agreement with them. Besides.. they really want bulk orders and not the onseee twosee type customers. Oh well.. look elsewhere or get a buddy from KY to order for ya like I do.

While it's not required nor expected, we all know catering to cops keep them coming back. In today's society I would want as many cops around my retail establishment as I could get. if that meant enticing them with a discount, so be it. Even though it's their chosen profession... We all know these types of jobs don't pay squat. personally if I had a business I would offer a discount to public service and military.

I carry 3 mags full of ammo. One in the gun and two spares.

Those are suppose to be way better then the RI or Taurus 1911's. I have not held one of these so i can't say for sure but that's what I have heard.

holy crap.. well, as they say in the car business.. there's an ass for every seat. Pretty much works for everything. Someone somewhere will buy it.

for the most part you'll not find many stories. People who legally carry weapons rarely use them. when that life or death moment arrives... if it ever does, will make every firearm related action in the past well worth it. untill then.. it's just a hobby and insurance policy.

it really urkes me that most on GB are hitting you with $30 shipping on a handgun. If it's a private party ok, maybe... if they send it next day.. but most dealers and FFL's use USPS priority at under $15 I stay away from over priced shippers!

Your post didn't do it alone for me. It's the countless others that have had the same type of issues. I just can't get into dropping a dime on hit or miss. Each to their own tho.. their still pretty sweet looking.
