  1. Yes. That is similar to how I hold my 640.
  2. SO...what is a Gubenator anyway?
  3. Did you go by the Illinois State Prison and see their collection of former Governers?
  4. This guy is a nut, but he can sure play a guitar.
  5. What would the rifle be worth unfired in the box?
  6. Savage Collectors - 24hourcampfire If these guys can't tell you, no one can.
  7. The shape of the 1911 lends itsself better to concealing than the blocky Glock.
  8. A good holster and belt can make all the difference. I know a lot of people who regularly carry full sized 1911s.
  9. Thanks for the opportunity, GunTroll!

    FN .30-06

That's a nice rifle. FN is a firearms manufucturer in Belgium, that once manufactured Browning firearms. I believe that is called an FN Supreme. I'm not sure if the stock is original. In the 50s and 60s, custom mauser actioned rifles were the thing, anf a commercial FN action, ar a 1909 Argentine were the ones to have.
  13. Home [Lake Winnie]
  14. I think they are all tools. Bill Haslam is the only one I've met in person. I wasn't impressed.
  15. I've had this revolver a long time, and love to shoot it, but I haven't found a good way to take it with me. I decided this weekend to change that. I made it a dual layer belt, a pancake style holster that has a rear cant in case I want to carry it crossdraw under my coveralls, and a pouch for speedstrips. I need to break it in before I decide if I like it, but I don't think it turned out half bad. When I was sewing the belt, I was sure wishing I'd have not had seconds at the dinner table so often!
  16. You all have come through with some great suggestions.
  17. That's a nice looking rig. Do you think one clip would keep the revolver stable and not twisting and turning?
  18. The Emmanuel brothers are great. It's a shame the entertainment industry is stacked so that most people never get to enjoy a lot of the incredible talent out there.
  19. That's a new one on me.
  20. It was made in 1999 I believe. I assume that would make one of the older Ranch Rifles.
  21. Ditch the speedloaders and get some Bianchi Speed Strips. Then you can use any grips you please. As they are flat, they also carry well.
  22. Your answers gave me inspiration. He's not a tall guy, and his height is the one thing that he really worries about. I put him on a mailing list for a company that sells clothes to little people.
  23. Now were getting somewhere!!!
  24. :DLet's all go shoot it!!!
