why yes, yes they are... apparently I pulled the clip (on the pouch) out far enough away from my belt when I grabbed at it that the little teeth or whatever didn't catch on the belt. BTW their cheap uncle mikes, its best to use single mag pouches and those were the cheapest ones I could find. Most of them are more expensive than double mag pouches...go figure.

Can't wait for the pistol episodes, JJ and Blake are BA uspsa shooters and JJ Racazza owns the steel challenge world record. The blue team seems better stacked to me.
-
Yes they are and mine is horrendous 16th out of 74 and big J smoked everbody...4 points down, seriously? He's gonna have to give me some lessons or something.

holy crap dude, just going thru my threads started by me thing and noticed this...sorry! I love my p238 and it has preformed flawlessly! Its really a joy to shoot especially for a gun in its category. Only negatives I know of are the bad press and the finish on the barrel...it sucks. I never had any of the feeding or locking back problems that the p238 is generally associated with. Comparing to an lcp, kel-tec, and other pocket guns i've shot its much more pleasurable to shoot. The sights are by far above and beyond all of its competitors, the snag-free lovers out there may see that as a downside but I love them. Haven't shot anything other than blazer yet but have had zero malfunctions.

They are both heavier than stock spring wt's. Stock glock firing pin spring is 5.5#
-
Also...glock doesn't sell a extra power fp spring (except for overseas obcviously) and that may be due simply to our ammunitition specs.
-
If their color coded the same as their pistols the blue one is for simunitions and the red or orange one is for training...they use those in the u.s. though so it may be something else, not really sure. Of course it may just be one of those business things where you can't have a certain number of parts made in certain places etc... because of relationships with other countries. I just googled it and apparently the 28 is equivelant to a wolff extra power spring (for hard primers).

does your lock (arc or whatever sog calls it) move freely when the blade is down and has a little movement when its up until it unlocks the blade? If mines not defective and everyones does that, then thats the only thing I dislike about it.

Come on out and join us...Even crappy shooters like me get alot of enjoyment out of it. $15 well spent, much better than any range session. Oh, and don't laugh you know you've reached for a mag and accidently pulled out an empty mag pouch before too.

dang, I sucked it up....did exceptionally well on the steel (glock the plates) stage, well two strings of it anyway:( Maybe I'll win something and it will make me feel all better.

So I used the contact info on that geek to geek website and sent them a message stating that someone used my credit card info to charge something on their website and wanted someone to get back to me. I gave them no cc# or anything like that, wanted to make sure someone would correspond with me first. This is their response: From: Geek 2 Geek <gk2gk@gk2gk.com> To: jeremy155rr Sent: Wed, June 2, 2010 11:29:44 AM Subject: RE: Geek 2 Geek - Contact We are not able to locate a record based on information provided by a contact request. I suggest you contact your issuing bank to resolve this matter. Geek 2 Geek This is mine, a little frustated at their lack of giving a crap: You weren't able to find anything because I didn't give you anything to find. This person obviously would not use my name only my cc# which ended in **** for a cost of $21.99 on 06/01/10. My bank WILL handle it but not until after it clears, I would appreciate any cooperation to prevent it from clearing because without your cooperation whoever stole the number gets everything they wanted, the bank absorbs the fraudulent charges then everyday citizens have to put up with more bank fees so the bank can recoup its costs...its a viscious cycle. I'm sure your administration does not care since they get their money anyway, thanks alot.

Its just weird to see a debit to a persons name... it was only like $3.21. The bulk of the purchase was made at an online clothing retailer and would have been shipped to Tacoma, Washington. If I google that guys name, there is one in that area (found it in some court records). But the debit was to a name in NJ. Clever crooks
-
I got the biggest charge taken care of, it was cancelled due to inaccurate verifiable billing information (the code, or my address wasn't there etc.) and the woman at the retailer told me it was to be shipped to Tacoma Washington, I asked for more but she said she couldn't give it to me... shame, I know people in Oregon that would love to stomp somebody for me:D The nerd dating site i'm having a bit of trouble with but it'll be okay. The third charge was to a name, bank said it didn't have a contact number or anything. If anyone has some computer investigative wits and wants to help me track that one down to try and figure it out it was Raymond Rumrill III St. Francis New Jersey. Btw, there is no St. Francis New Jersey. I know the bank will take it off, but they won't let me cancel payment which means it has to clear first, then be disputed etc... I don't want any of them to clear period.
-
I have a good habit of using it as a credit card at stores just because of that 'people over your shoulder' issue. That second part is just really messed up.
-
I'm very unhappy...Someone happened to steal a debit card # of mine to make some random purchases the last couple days. Geek to Geek a dating site for...geeks I guess was one of them. One of the charges actually had a name (small charge), I google the name and get a linkedin.com or whatever profile of a computer engineer:rolleyes: something fishy there. Bank won't let me dispute until they clear, meanwhile cards been cancelled. Crappy thing is I don't do anything weird with the card so somebody has stolen the number from a 'should be well secured' entity. People shouldn't steal from people that collect and shoot guns;)

I can't afford a model 41 but wanted a good .22 shooter for steel comps and general plinking. I know, I know a ruger mark III/IV whatever and buckmarks are the thing but I want options dangit. I do like the looks of this buckmark however: Buck Mark Contour 5.5 URX, , Browning Firearms Product Kinda resembles a 41 at the slide and has an evil desert eagle (ish) looking barrel. Anybody got one of these, or have any good things to say about another I may be overlooking for my intended purpose?

They do 3 gun in the action pistol bays if i'm not mistaken. I thought the uspsa matches were on the last Saturday of the month...

^Thanks Garufa. You have to be a glock sport shooting foundation member and obviously own a glock. Its a static shooting competition, no drawing from holster or moving around etc... If your already a member its $25 to enter, there are three stages, prizes are awarded to high shooters and they also have door prizes etc... I've never been to one myself so please check them out here: Glock Sport Shooting Foundation
