  1. Use Roffler products myself. Nothing is more embarrassing than watching someone shoot a .50 cal in full auto with a dry flakey scalp. The vibration, tripod or not, makes it look like someone is sprinkling flour above his head while he shoots. I'm surprised that better hair care management isn't addressed by the NRA. It's a known fact... when you feel confident and pretty... you shoot better!
  2. What would be the price of those things?
  3. She has never cared for the thumbhole stock either.
  4. I know what you mean... I hate chicks with dry, fly away hair that just won't behave.... holding an AR with a suppressor.
  5. My wife has an Egyptian Maadi Ak. Thumb hole laminated stock, couple of mags, yada, yada, yada... She really likes it. We've had it for a really long time. I mentioned to her that you can get AK variants in .223 now. Since I have an AR, I thought it wouldn't be a bad idea for her to replace hers with one in .223 when we run out of 7.62x39. (We have about 6-700 rounds left.) It would kick less and I honestly think she would enjoy it more. (Farm girl, not afraid of recoil mind you.) Also I reload .223 and have about 3k in brass. She went from "Absolutely NOT! I love my AK! Sell your AR if you want one so bad." to "I'll think about it... but I'd rather shoot one first." Baby steps guys... baby steps... My Questions: • What is the going prices for AK's in .223? • Who makes good ones? • What could she expect price wise for her Egyptian Maadi Ak. • Does this sound like a dumb idea? Honestly? Thanks for any input on this guys (gals implied but not expressly stated). **Note! This weapon is NOT for sale at this time! That is her call.
  6. For that many rifles... do they give a free key chain from S&W? Awesome work. That is just awesome!
  7. It seems to me that most people are very unaware of there surroundings. Wrapped up in everything that they are doing they hardly notice anything. Much less what something might be.
  8. Holy cow!! That folding stock makes a BIG difference! It really looks SHARP! Thanks for trying so hard to post pictures. i know it can be frustrating at fiorst. Hang in there... you'll get the hang of it.
  9. If you are able... I would be interested in seeing beside an AR. But any pictures you care to take would be cool!!!!
  10. Please...
  11. I read that in Roman times if you screwed up a database on a forum... they shoved a living snake up your butt. But hey that was Rome. You know how Romans get.
  12. That took a second to register... and when it did... it was FUNNNNNNY!!!! LOL!!!!
  13. As far as the blind leading the blind... When I stand before God, I am accountable for my actions as well as my in actions. I do not want to stand before my creator and say... "So and so told me to do this, or so and so said it was all right to do this." I (personally) don't think I that will cut it. I don't want to have to give an account for why I followed the advice of another and never bothered to open the scriptures to "study to show myself approved". I am uncomfortable in discussing topics like this on forums. (Again, that's just me feel free to discuss away.) Just thought I should be fair and let you how I "see" things, that I am religious and why I don't post on such matters. I enjoy reading them though... as long as they remain both civil and respectful to all.
  14. Oh my goodness! That is hilarious!! All they way through FUNNY!!!!
  15. I have shot the white box stuff quite a bit. (.357 sig) Never have had any types of problems with it at all. Never heard anything about them being reloaded shells or anything.
  16. A riot is an ungly thing... undt, I tink, that it is chust about time ve had vun.
  17. And EXSPENSIVE!!!! I paid $2200 for mine in '86. A king's ransom for a 17 year old! LOL!!!
  18. She needs a lot of work. I've owned her since '86. She sat in the elements for 10 years. I have a lot of metal work to do to her. Got her up on blocks and tarp'd. Do a little at a time. I have the pict o' plate book and owners manual as well. She is a factory air car. I've thought of selling her a dozen times. But I... I... just can't. Been through too much with her. Funny how you get attached to things. Interior...
  19. This younger generation... with there fancy smancy "Fuel injection" and "turbo shmurrrrbo"... I'm simple... give me at least 300 Horses and some good old fashion steel wind blockage! ('68 Camaro Factory 327, powerglide and trans.)
  20. It is also one of the most difficult cases to win, and generally you will spend more than you will receive in any judgement. (IMHO) (I'm not a lawyer, but I watched Matlock once while staying in a Holiday Inn Express. )
  21. I like mine as well. For the money I couldn't ask for it to be any better. Makes a great "Beater" holster. Plus they are cheap enough you can buy one and drill screws through it to mount in closets and such. (IMO)
  22. FYI... it wasn't a wasted comment! LOL!
  23. That's a RIOT!!
  24. I'm already envious of your 10.5" AR anyways... For me I lean toward suppressor first with the 14" a close second. Both would be fun to play with in any event. The 1911's are fun and all... but are pretty easy to come by. (IMHO)
