I started with a 1911 and Glocks were not a problem for me I now primarily carry my Glocks but my Government 1911 I can go back and forth with no issues,

Yep the owner and I became friends he talked me into letting them build one for me and Im glad he did
-
If they are built right they run like a well running sewing machine, sorry about the problems you all had
-
This by far is the best 1911 I have ever owned Rock River Arms 1.5 Inch at 50 yards, much better than the SRP I had from Les Baer, the fit and finish is better than the Ed Brown’s I owned over the years

Just wondering if any of you all own one of these wonderful dogs? I am a vessel Rep for BP and the HSE guy who use to work for me has been a Cane Corso breeder for the last 27 years, anyway I gave him the rotation he requested and he gifted me a pick of the litter reverse brindle Female, my wife was absolutely against me getting her but when the transport that delivered her to me from Louisiana came, I immediately put her on my wife’s lap, 20 minutes later they were best friends. We have had and still do have several other breeds of dogs, but by far after having this girl for 3 weeks they are my favorite breed

Negative They did ask me if I had any problems with mine, I told them no, so I’m keeping mine

Protech Torque on my Benchmade AFO2 I have always liked the Benchmade AFO2 knife, but I have never liked the lack of torque on the spring compared to my favorite Pro Tech knives I was digging through my old knife parts and found my TR4 rebuild kits that Dave the owner of Protech gave me at Blade show years ago, i should have done a before and after video but trust me this is a night and day difference the torque on this thing is amazing now!

I just received some Baton 3 lights, in all honestly I had no interest in them, after trying one out I love these little lights, 1200 lumens in a tiny body, they are amazing I got a couple of Marauder 2 lights for a friend, tried one out and Loved it, I’m getting the Original Marauder the big brother next, Olight remains one of my favorite companies

Revised / New Benchmade Adamas Line-up Coming
willis68 replied to TGO David's topic in Knives, Lights, EDC Gear
Just got this, sharpened to 1.5 Micron like I always do, 19 degrees per side, just like my D2 bladed ones, they have no issues with that but the Cru Wear do, I only sharpen to what my customers request so that is what I gave my opinion on -

So I just sharpened three of the Brand new Adamas knives for a good friend. He asked me to use and carry one and see if it retained the edge Like the D2 models do, Honestly the Cru Wear is a big disappointment to me, my D2 Blades hold the edge much better. They may be superior in corrosion to D2 steel but that is not an issue if you properly maintain your blades -
Great minds think alike

I have a Gen 4 Grey 20 and a Black 29 Gen 4 I love them both, my G20 handles the hottest Underwood ammo with no issues, you will love it

I am glad they went with this steel, I personally have never had any issues with D2 rusting, but this is a much better steel for edge retention and corrosion resistance, I was hoping they would come out with a Gray and OD green model, we will see -
My last one I got myself is the Seeker Pro 2, I have been using it for a few days now and I absolutely love it
-
