  1. Full disclosure, I am a forester and my company also deals in rural real-estate . However we don't have any brokers that represent your end of the state. I could probably help you track down a few if you need help though.
  2. And expensive because it's your job to prove you're locked. And even if a judge agrees someone has to grant you an easement, you still have to pay that landowner for the ROW. I would not buy any land that does not gave either a road, or clear deeded access or easement of at least 15'. Some easements exist but are not wide enough for a suitable driveway. Know there is a difference between "road frontage" an having a driveway. Property that had true road frontage will butt up against a county, city, or state road. This land will definitely demand a higher price. I would suggest talking to a real estate agent that deals specifically in Rural woodland. Not just Century 21 or whoever but a true rural real estate company. Remember I they have a listing the owner pays the agent not you, so it never hurts to call.
  3. What am I looking at here. Is that integrally suppressed? Are these hard to find? Looks really fun!
  4. Oops Double tap
  5. the only 2 5.56 supressors for sale on their website are the Spartan II - $425(includes $200 stamp), and M4-SD - $650(includes stamp) both links Capbyrd posted are invalid
  6. Jasongar8 I believe your next in line. PM inbound
  7. My turn to review. See post #26 for a good review. I will just hit the things that I liked. I'm going to be comparing this to my EDC which is a Benchmade Presidio. First off I defeinetly could see myself using the ZT as my EDC. Its actually slightly shorter and thinner than the Benchmade but is a little bit wider. My thoughts in video cause I couldn't get good enough pics Sorry iPhone video isn't as clear as id hoped. It is what it is, this was an experiment in technology for me Video #1 Video #2
  8. As you know I don't have a host weapon as of yet so that is first. I just was browsing the interwebs and went to their website and saw they are now manufacturing suppressors. They offer no details aside from caliber. I may call them and see what they say about specs or demo. As far as the ratings yes I will PM my email. I would love to see that. I do agree that I would pay more for a can equivalent to the one you made, but if I can pay less and get a good one I'd do that.
  9. I just saw on their website that they are now manufacturing suppressors. They have a .22 supressor for $150. Seems like a really good price. Too good to be true? Anyone have any experience with their supressors. I have heard good things about their AR stuff just wondering.
  10. If I ever wished for a government agency to raid an organization, now is it. I hope they kick down the doors and take everything worth a dime. It's funny that $34,000 would "send them into bankruptcy". What happened to the $500,000 Stephens Media gave you?
  11. Full disclosure I'm not a woman. But there are a few factors to consider. First is how tight do your scrubs fit. Concealment is all about clothing to body relationship. If the shirt fits close to the skin in the area the gun would be worn chances are it will be seen. The belly band is intended to be worn at the waist bellow bellybutton, however I have worn them up higher before with good success, however with a tougher draw. Second is what gun are you gonna carry in the band? Heavier guns can be cumbersome in the band, where small, lightweight, or pocket size can be unnoticeable. I think with scrubs your carrying choices are limited, so I would recommend trying the belly band. They are relatively inexpensive so it may be something you have to buy and try out. I am not a fan of ankle holsters due the inibility to draw your weapon quickly. but if all else fails it may be better than nothing. Hope this helps
  12. I like that. I'm a fan of para cord. I do believe you can overdue it. I plan on making some sort of lanyard extension for mine just to help with acquiring a grip
  13. You look ridiculous. So there
  14. The knife guru speaks.
  15. I've read a lot of people talking about carrying knives as back up self defense. I have never heard an argument for "going Armed". OS what's your take on this?
  16. Church carry is not legal in Georgia either. Stupid laws abound
  17. I thought that only applied to blades over 4" and switchblades My intent to go armed might be given away by the .45 I carry as it will be empty by the time the knife comes into play. Thank for the heads up, I'll check my verbiage
  18. If she wants it, buy it. Nobody ACTUALLY HAS ONE because nobody here would buy one
  19. Now that's a great idea, thanks man! And yes it's very pointy, I'm sure I'll bleed from this at some point in time. But as a self defense blade I want maximum stabbing ability.
  20. Carried my Kimber .45 this morning just like I would to Walmart or some sketchy neighborhood. We have church security too but I do not trust mine and my wife's life to someone else.
  21. Dooley and Muschamp worked together under Saban. Went with Saban to the Dolphins then left for a head coaching/AD position at LA Tech when Saban left for Alabama. So, were does his lack of experience come in? He onside kicked in the first half against Cinci is that too soft? Just sayin
  22. Agree 100% I see absolutely no negligence on the part of McDonalds. What are they supposed to do, post armed guards at every store?
