BigK replied to BigK's topic in Firearms Classifieds
Someone was kind enough to point out that I didn't have the upper handguard or rings in the photos. I cannot find the upper handguard, but I do have the rings. You can buy a replacement as low as $15 online, but I'll drop the price to $400. Also, if anyone wants the ammo and the rifle for $500, let me know. -

King was a mad genius to leave just enough breadcrumbs about the beam in Hearts in Atlantis, Black House, The Stand, The Eyes of the Dragon, and Salem's Lot to tie them into the Dark Tower series.

That was the first "grown-up" book series I read as a teenager. I mowed a lot of yards to buy the full size plume editions with the full-color illustrations.

My bad...I traded a CZ 75 D Compact for something about that time. I had that same regret, LOL. I'm sure I'll regret selling this RAMI as soon as I forget what I spent the money on. -

My plan was to eventually get an M44 too, but I was surprised how much more fun the detachable mags were with this Archangel stock. -

This Hi-Point Model 995 is chambered in 9mm. It comes with 4 mags and a stock sleeve with mag pouches to tame the fierce recoil of a 9mm round from such a heavy weapon, LOL. Seriously though, it's a ton of fun to shoot if you ain't worried about shooting ugly guns (no offense meant to you Glock Fanboys). $200 and this beauty is yours, I'm in La Vergne, TN but will try my best to accommodate a reasonably close meeting place. PM me if you have any questions. Would trade for 9mm and/or 5.56/.223 ammo. -

SOLD I have a pretty darn clean Chinese Type 53 for sale for $400. It's a fun gun to shoot, if your shoulder is man enough to take it. The bayonet folds/unfolds and it's claimed to be more accurate with the bayonet deployed...something about harmonics or some kind of Russian mumbo jumbo, but it's nice and stabby which is all I know. It's currently in an Archangel stock that came with a 5-round removable mag and 2 10 round mags. The original wood stock cleaned up real nice and is included along with the rings, but I've lost the upper handguard. The intermediate eye relief mount and scope are also included. I also have 271 rounds of 7.62X54R ammo for sale for sale for $150. Some are on stripper clips, some are still in the paper, some are in an included plastic ammo box. A dozen more stripper clips are included.

I tried looking back at my message history to see who I got this gun from, but it didn't go back that far. Didn't we trade guns? -

I sent you a PM -
For sale is a CZ 2075 D RAMI for $600. CZ discontinued this model in 2020 for some stupid reason because it's one of the coolest pistols they ever made. This one is located in La Vergne, TN, but I'll do my best to make a meetup convenient and easy, if I can. PM me if you have any questions or need a specific pic I left out. This RAMI is a 9mm subcompact with a 3" barrel This is a BD model with a decocking lever instead of a manual safety It comes with 2 mags: a 10-rounder for concealed carry and a 14-rounder with a sleeve for a bit more purchase on the gun The grips are G10 Starburst texture for extra grip (if I find the original thick rubber ones before it sells, I'll include them) The coyote brown Cerakote finish is not original. The previous owner had it done. Whoever they used did a spectacular job. It looks great, IMO! The original case, owners manual and other paperwork, and the original sights are included I took it to the range today and ran one of each mag through it before cleaning it up to be sold. It ran like a top and I almost didn't make this post, LOL. Here's some pics:

MMM, Beanie Weenies and crackers sounded good, but a Moon Pie too? You're a lucky man.

I finally got a mostly rainless Saturday to get my Nocturne back out to the range today. After discussing it with @NoBanStan, I think my initial issues might be over after more break-in time. I haven't bought many guns that needed a break-in period, but I don't know what else to attribute this to. Today I loaded all 5 mags 6 times each with 10 rounds. One mag out of 5 held the slide open with one round left, but it only happened once. It was one of the two that had issues last time, but since it only did it once and only on the first time I loaded that mag, I'm fine leaving it marked as "range-only". I didn't even clean the gun from the last time out, so I'm kind of glad to see it run so good. I even tossed in a box of that terrible Monarch ammo again. The first round needed 2 hammer drops to fire, but the rest shot just fine. I'm even getting the hang of picking up the red dot on presentation and during follow-up shots. I wasn't sure I'd ever get to that point. Nothing like 30 mag changes with 9 follow-up shots each, I guess. So, I'm feeling pretty good about carrying this one, finally.

This reminds me of the political talk radio guy, Michael Savage, who used to be on 99.7 WTN. He said he keeps his immune system healthy by eating at Chinese buffet restaurant once per week. LOL. I think one of those hot dogs will keep your immune system busy for 2 weeks.

Excellent suggestion, thanks. I just bought it for $6.99 on Amazon Prime Video.
